1715 Bluff Villas is a beautifully updated one bedroom, 3rd floor villa. This villa has tile flooring throughout and an updated kitchen. With the open floor plan and queen sleeper sofa, this is the perfect villa for a couple or a small family. Coastal colors and touches make this a beautiful place to relax and come back to year after year!

The dining room has a black table with glass top and seats four. There is a beautiful hutch decorated in navy blue and white with some orange accents. The living room has a Navy blue queen sleeper sofa and two white chairs plus a 43” TV with DVD player. Relax on the cushioned chairs out on the serene balcony, with access from either the living room or the bedroom, with lush views and partial ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and beautiful black granite countertops. Stacked washer and dryer are discreetly hidden in the closet in the hall outside of the bathroom. Bathroom has an over-sized tub/shower combo with a double vanity. The master suite has a king bed and 32” TV.

Bluff Villas are in the South Beach area at the very tip of Sea Pines Plantation. Here, guests are only a two-minute walk from the beach. You'll also enjoy lovely views of Braddock Cove and the Calibogue Sound.

The listing looks bright and airy but the unit is dark and dingy. The sliding glass doors do not work so sitting on the balcony was not available. The tv remotes did not work. The rug was dirty and dingy.

Short getaway

Our villa and location were great. The only disappointment was that the swimming pool was unavailable. This might change the minds of some. It didn’t appear any work on the pool was n progress, nor were we were we made aware of any arrangements to use another. Please make your guests aware.

Great Villa

Great unit if you have no problem with stairs . Nicely decorated , short walk to the beach. Beach Properties checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going good. . Restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

Good value in a great location, but needing a few maintenance fixes

Nicely decorated condo with a great location--a minute walk to the beach or shops. Quiet spot on the top floor (despite having a boisterous big family down the hall, we couldn't hear it inside our unit) with a partial view to the ocean through the trees. Included pool pass was a pleasant surprise. We discovered a couple maintenance issues immediately upon arriving that meant we couldn't use the dryer or sliding glass door for the duration of our stay, but the manager did their best to be accommodating. Although that was a little disappointing, we didn't let it dampen our spirits and overall had a great stay. Since the rental was a little cheaper than others we'd looked at, it was still a good value.

Fall getaway

The Villa at south beach in Sea Pines more than exceeded our expectations. The check in was easy. The villa condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and pool which was wonderful. We will definitely plan on coming back for future beach vacations

Beautiful condo once the air conditioning was fixed on Sat. At midnight! Bed slept well. Liked on sight washer and dryer. Could have used a cutting board and wine bottle opener. We donated an opener to the condo! Very convenient. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Very nicely decorated and clean.
