Features of this Ground Level Home include an open floor plan consisting of a Main Living Room with 55" flat screen TV, Dining Room, Updated Kitchen and a Family Room with flat screen TV & Wine Cooler. Down the Hallway you will find 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms. The Master Suite is furnished with a King bed, Flat Screen TV & Private Bath with Shower. The Master Suite offers serene views of the Private Pool with lush landscaping. Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 are each furnished with Queen beds and share a Hall Bath with a Tub/Shower Combo. The Bunk Room; which is ideal for children, is located off of the Kitchen Area. The Bunk Room offers 2 Bunk Beds, a 50" Flatscreen TV plus an assortment of games, & coloring books for your children to enjoy. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Visit the Harbour Town Marina & the Candy Striped Lighthouse, spend the day at the Sea Pines Beach Club, enjoy an evening at the Salty Dog Cafe, book a Dolphin Cruise, Dinner Cruise or rent a Kayak and explore the beautiful Marsh Areas that surround our lovely Island. Guests can also explore the Resort via the 15 miles of Bike paths that wind their way throughout the Resort. Take a stroll through the 600 Acre Forest Preserve or explore the Forest Preserve via Horseback. The Sea Pines Beach Club is accessible via the free seasonal Trolley from Club Course to the Beach Club. Be sure to pack a camera so you can record all the fabulous memories that are in store for you!

Private Pool measures 12' x 32' and can be heated for an additional fee.

Sea Pines trolley- The Sea Pines Trolley on Hilton Head Island operates on a seasonal schedule, with regular summertime service resuming end of May.
The trolley offers three routes: the Red Route (Greenwood Drive to Harbour Town), the Green Route (Harbour Town to South Beach), and the Blue Route (Harbour Town to Sea Pines Beach Club). The Red Route runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the Green Route from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and the Blue Route from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The house was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 adults. Loved having the fire pit in addition to the pool and hot tub. Use of the garage and an extra drink fridge in there was an added bonus. Great overall experience and we look forward to staying again.

We had a wonderful stay! House was clean and inviting. It accommodated our four children, ages 19, 18, 15, and 9. We loved the pool, spa, and fire pit; most of our days were spent floating on the pool. The house is not close to the beach or any of the shops in Sea Pines so we had to drive and find parking. We did not take the trolley. All in all we had a fabulous Fourth of July family vacation!

Beautiful home

Great home for family, especially if you have little ones. So easy to head out the back door to the pool. Pool attendant came two times during our stay to tend to the pool. House is very pretty with great finishes. I’m great area of Sea Pines. Highly recommend for families !

Terrific home on HHI!

My wife and I along with our two sons had an amazing stay at this property. The home is well appointed, the pool and patio are absolutely amazing! Plenty of room for us, could have easily had another family with us. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. An easy bike ride to the beach. Great, quiet neighborhood. The entire check in and check out process was a breeze. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Nice size house, with plenty of room. Well equipped. The rental info said the pool would be serviced 2x per week in peak season but it was not cleaned during our stay. By the end it was cloudy and pretty green. Other than that, everything else was great.

Family Vacation

The pool was amazing the house was awesome!!! Comfortable beds nice kitchen for family get together. The only negative thing I have to say was the neighbors were very noisy from down the street. My son is a disabled vet and had his electric bike that can be rode with out the electric and just by pedals. The woman down the street and man up the street just could not seem to keep there mouths shut!! Had to continue to tell us that electric bikes were not allowed in sea pines!!! My son had already spoke with personal at the gate about his bike and as long as it is rode with the pedals it was fine for him to have it inside sea pines. Very rude and hateful!!! Neighbors right across the street we’re very kind and friendly. Don’t think the neighbors are happy about the home being rented out. Some of them anyway but you can’t please everyone. The neighbor on the other side of the bamboo was very rude also we had music playing not even loud at the pool around 12:00pm in the afternoon and he hollers over cut the music off!!!! Really???? It was not even loud we could barely here it. I just got the vibe’s that they were not happy with anything. Lol. Over all very nice home and just over look the hateful people and have an amazing time….

Perfect House in Sea Pines!

This house is beautiful and was a great house for our beach vacation this year! The kids loved the pool! Its in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Everything with the property was FANTASTIC! The management company seemed irritated that I did not receive information on checking in. I never received information from them at all actually aside from a phone call that our car tags were returned due to a wrong address. I called to get the check-in information and the lady I spoke with was clearly not happy to have to help me. Bummer. Overall, the house is a dream!
