This elegant Evian villa, located in the heart of Shipyard, offers a perfect Hilton Head getaway with beautiful lagoon and golf views from the back deck. Surrounded by classic southern foliage, including live oaks and Spanish moss, the outdoor space provides a peaceful backdrop for relaxing or entertaining. Inside, the villa features an open floorplan with a spacious living area centered around a stately fireplace, complemented by a fully updated kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats six, creating a welcoming space for family meals and gatherings.
The villa accommodates up to six guests with one king bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, king bed, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom also features a flat-screen TV and two twin beds. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a convenient washer and dryer in the hallway provide added comfort and convenience.
Evian is a private, serene community featuring its own pond, community pool, and tennis courts. Guests can enjoy four complimentary adult bicycles and four beach chairs, making it easy to explore Shipyard or take a short ride to the Shipyard Beach Club. Everything about this condo was perfect for us! From the cozy bright and clean interior, which felt like a home, not just a vacation rental, to the perfect setting outside where we could enjoy watching the golfers tee off, or enjoy watching the multitude of wildlife just steps away. We loved the family of deer especially! We will definately stay here again!
