Welcome to 5505 Hampton Place in Palmetto Dunes! This 2br/2ba end villa offers direct ocean views from 5th floor private balcony.
Upon entering the villa is the dining area with a glass top table and six chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is off to the left and has a breakfast counter with two barstools, stainless steel appliances and an attached laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Straight ahead is the living room that offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a gray couch with matching love seat, two swivel chairs and a 65” SMART TV, perfect for relaxing after a busy day!
The master bedroom is off to the right of the living room and has a king bed, 40” Roku TV and offers views of the ocean! The newly renovated master bathroom has a double vanity, beautiful new garden tub and walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom is located on the other side of the living room offering great room separation for couples and families. The guest room has one double bed and one twin bed, along with an oversized chair and 30” cable TV. This room also has its own access out onto the private balcony. The guest bathroom, which is accessed from the hall, has also been renovated and has a walk-in shower.
Enjoy sipping coffee while you watch the sunrise from your balcony or just enjoy the sound of the waves while staying at 5505 Hampton Place!
The Hampton Place Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, BBQ area, children’s pool, gazebo and deck, restrooms, and showers. There is also an elevator and covered parking.
