502 Barrington Arms offers outstanding oceanfront views from this top floor Palmetto Dunes Vacation villa in Hilton Head, SC. Guests can enjoy the 5th floor panoramic views of the lagoon, oceanfront pool, and the Atlantic Ocean. The large covered balcony can be accessed through a sliding glass door from either the living room or the master bedroom. It offers a round table with 4 upright chairs and also a high top table with 2 bar chairs.

Elegantly decorated, the living room has a brand new couch with queen sleeper sofa, two high back armchairs, a 50" SMART TV and a small swivel armchair decorated in a palm tree motif.

The villa has been beautifully updated with all new flooring, new kitchen and new bathrooms. There is a beautiful glass top table in the dining room with 6 leather chairs. The dining area is adjacent to both the living room and the well-equipped kitchen. Upon entering 502 Barrington, the kitchen is on the left with new cabinets and granite counter tops. It also has a flat top stove, double sinks, and a stacked washer/dryer. There is a roomy breakfast bar with 2 stools.

The master bedroom is off the dining area to the right. It has a king bed, 40" SMART TV, small armchair, and private access to the balcony. The view is just as spectacular as it is from the living room with the lagoon, swimming pool, and ocean. On the left side of the bedroom is one sink with mirror. The private bath features a NEW walk-in shower and a second vanity with sink.

On the left side of the villa, just past the kitchen, there is a guest room that provides 2 double beds, decorated in an uplifting color scheme that has a 32" TV. The guests have a tropical view of the tall trees and a slight view of the ocean. The hall bathroom has been beautifully renovated and features a combination tub/shower. Pocket door enables this to be a closed suite or the bath can be accessed from the hall.
