The first floor includes two spacious King primary suites, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Also on this level is a dedicated study with a Murphy bed, ideal for additional guests or quiet workspace. The open-concept living area features a modern kitchen with custom cabinetry, built-in appliances, an oversized island, and a walk-in pantry that shares space with the first-floor laundry. The adjacent dining area seats eight and opens into the great room, where large sliding glass doors lead out to a covered balcony overlooking the 27' x 15' private pool and sun deck.
Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining bedrooms. A third King suite with en-suite bath, one Queen bedroom with a dedicated full bathroom nearby, and two additional Queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom located in the hall between them. At the top of the stairs, a second-floor lounge offers a separate space to relax, complete with couches and a TV, perfect for movie nights or kids' hangouts.
