This modern one bedroom with a loft comfortably sleeps 6. The spacious living room with 55 inch Smart TV is brightened with the natural light that streams in from the floor to ceiling windows and sliders to your coffee and cocktail oasis among the birds in the trees. A Chef's Dream kitchen adorned with stainless steel appliances and all the new cookware you desire allow you to createT masterful meals.

The plush king bedroom offers a Smart TV/Cable, a large closet for your beach best wears and privacy access to the bathroom. The loft is a perfect sleeping area for guests or kids, offering a trundle daybed with a Smart TV and walk in closet. Those that enjoy the sleeper sofa will have privacy blinds to the deck and get the largest TV!

For our beach loving guests, we offer two free adult beach comber bikes with locks and a pull behind cart, two high and four low beach chairs, a regular beach pull wagon, 6 six beach towels and a large bag cooler. For inclement weather, we offer indoor board games.

Three swimming pools are located throughout the property with high deck boardwalks to enjoy your stroll. Tennis courts also on property...just bring your rackets!

Entry to the villa is keyless and allows self-check in. Request early arrival or late departure for an additional $50.

The Villa is accessible by 4 stairs only and therefore may not be suitable for those who have difficulty using stairs.
