This is a beautiful First Floor, NO STAIRS, 2brm/2bth Villa featuring (2) Master Suites that have been completely renovated by a professional designer. The Master bedroom features a King Size bed with its own walk in shower/ bath. While the second Suite has a Queen Size bed, adjoining bath & fan.

Our Villa offers couples, families and friends valuable, relaxation and time away from your busy lives. It provides a combination of elegance, comfort, amenities, and easy access to the beach. It is convenient to all that Hilton Head Island has to offer (bike, walk or drive), totally your choice.

Beyond the 'Generous' Fiddlers Cove facilities, we have unique amenities to make your vacation special.
- FIRST FLOOR location for ease and quick access to your vacation Villa. Absolutely NO STAIRS to access our Villa. Our entire ceiling is custom covered with pine for beauty & noise reduction. It also boasts an electronic, internet based lock for ease of entrance and no more worries of losing keys.

- The kitchen is totally remodeled for more cabinet and counter space, newer appliances, sink and sprayer, excellent lighting, Microwave, crock pot, toaster, blender, waffle maker, coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, cups, glasses, wine glasses and everything else you may need to give you a home cooked meal & first-class vacation!

- In the kitchen is a full sized refrigerator and for your convenience, a mid-sized GE top-of-the-line washer(HIGH EFFICIENCY TABLETS ONLY PLEASE) and dryer(VENTLESS).

- Your dining area is very roomy and has a solid wood (Butcher block) table and chair set for four and a bar counter that comfortably seats two, along with an overhead light/fan.

- For entertainment, in the living room we have a large 47" LEDHDTV (over 100 channels), FREE WiFi.

- The living room is decorated with stylish wall furnishings, lighting, curtains, a very comfortable sofa bed(HIGHER END MATTRESS)and matching love seat.

- On the center table are menus from many of the local restaurants, local magazines and several names of local bike companies that bring and pick-up right from the bike racks at Fiddlers Cove (a must have and best if they deliver before you get there). Maps, things to do, places to go, see dolphins, fireworks, shows, art galleries, festivals, museums, shopping, boat harbors, golfing, kayaking, biking, zip lining, thrift shops, etc.

- For storage, next to the guest bedroom we have a shelved closet for your use, a mid size cooler, a Beach Wagon(on balcony) to help you carry your cooler, toys and all your beach necessities back and forth to the beach with ease. Also holds many other miscellaneous comfort items.

- The Master Bedroom has a KING Size bed with a private WALK-IN bath, also has a 32 in LCD TV/DVD with ROKU TV. It has a beautiful Dresser/mirror combo with matching night table, lamp and a huge mirrored closet with blankets, hangers, iron, ironing board and a laundry basket.

- The Second Bedroom has a QUEEN Size bed, an adjoining bath, a dresser, night tables and lamps. A 32 in LCD WITH ROKU TV and a large mirrored closet with extra pillows, blankets and two extra chairs for dining purposes.

- Our Villa is equipped with “Free WiFi”

- A full sized water heater (not a condo miniature) so you don’t run out of hot water.

- A new (in 2022) and serviced A/C and Heat system with clean filters (changed every three months).

- The covered balcony offers a very comfortable wicker patio table and chair set, an excellent spot for a quiet morning cup of java, great afternoon sun or evening beverage.

- On the balcony is a large storage box full of little extras for your beach fun; two beach chairs, sand mats, sand toys, fish nets, small football, frisbee, boogie boards, along with many other water and sand toys.

- If you forgot to bring your tennis racquet or want to play racquetball, equipment can be borrowed at the Entrance Security Booth.

- Our guests have FREE access to “The Club House” conveniently located right behind our Villa and next to a Pool. This facility houses two "Indoor Air Conditioned" Racquet Ball Courts, Ping Pong tables, a community gathering area with a large screened TV and bar, an Exercise area with quality equipment along with bathrooms and showers. A small quiet sitting area with a library of books and an office room with printers, computers, internet access and phones.

- Our cleaning staff will leave you clean bath towels, a roll of toilet paper and a bar of soap in each bath, dishwasher tablets, packets of laundry detergent, paper towels and of course, a fresh and clean Villa for a great start to a wonderful vacation!

Additional Information;
- NO SMOKING IN VILLA!
- NO PETS, Motorcycles or Boats or work trucks with ladders are allowed in Fiddler’s Cove.
- No Bikes allowed in Villa, please use the provided racks.
- Minimum Age 25 yrs to rent and occupy villa.

- Cancellation Policy - 100% Refund for cancellations 30 days prior to visit and 50% refund for cancellations 14 days prior.

- A confirmation and welcome email will be received shortly after payment is made.

Departure Information;
- Return all furniture and accessories to their original locations.
- Gather all the trash and place it in a nearby dumpster outside the building.
- Check all doors and windows to be sure they are locked and close blinds/curtains.
- Anything used, ie, pots, pans, glasses, utensils, chairs, coolers, beach towels, tablecloths, etc; MUST be wash, dry and return to location as cleaners are not responsible. Do not leave anything in washer/dryer machines!
