Hilton Head Resort is a gated, beachfront community, centrally located, with many amenities. Villa 3216 is centrally located in Building #3, 2nd floor, having close parking , and just steps from boardwalk access to the Atlantic Ocean and 12 miles of beach.

This Villa is a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath, condominium with a fully equipped kitchen, including full size refrigerator and oven, microwave oven, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen opens to the living room/dinning room, where you'll find a widescreen TV and comfortable seating.
The master bedroom ensuite has a kingn-size bed and widescreen TV. The 2nd bedroom has both a full bed and a twin bunk beds, widescreen TV, and private bathroom. Each bedroom incudes a sound machine for a good night sleep.
Also provided with this Villa are a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, tennis racquets, boogie boards, games, pack and play with one sheet, umbrella stroller and kids and adult books.
Wireless Internet access (WIFI) is included.
At the resort multi-plex, there are 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool. There are 6 tennis courts available for use that are lighted as well for night play. The outdoor pool in Building #1 also offers a poolside deli/bar. The resort offers an outdoor charcoal grilling area if you prefer to stay in for dinner and grill! The resort is located at mid-Island as such that you can enjoy the miles of bike paths on the island.

The resort complex has amazing amenities within the 4 very large and interconnected buildings. Within and around Building #4 you’ll have access to 6 tennis courts, ‘pickle-ball’ court and heated outdoor swimming pool; Building #3 is fully enclosed with a grand indoor activity center including walking track, heated pool, jacuzzi, steam sauna, exercise machines, and game room, all covered from the elements in the huge open public space; the courtyard of Building #2 provides a private sun-deck, badminton court, and beautiful garden space, being the best outdoor space for peace and serenity; Building #1 encloses a private heated outdoor pool and Tiki bar with food/snacks available for purchase. You’ll also find a court for the very popular Pickle-ball.
If you are looking to explore, make your way to the hundreds of restaurants, bakeries, farmers markets, and other shops to choose from...you will not go hungry on Hilton Head Island.
Only a short bike ride away is Shelter Cove, a laid-back style harbor village with an abundance of bike paths, dining, shopping, nightlife, boating rentals, water sport rentals, theater, picnic, festivals, etc.

You'll have a short walk to the beach (about a 7 - 10 minute walk) on the private boardwalk or if you don't want to walk, the resort offers a shuttle service (6 seat golf carts) to take you to and from the beach that runs all day long during the peak vacation season. Coco's, an on the beach restaurant/bar, is located at the end of the boardwalk as well. It's one of only a few beachfront restaurants on the Island. It also offers year-round restrooms even if the restaurant isn't open during your stay. You'll also find a Volleyball court in front of Coco's at the dunes.

Try the "Harold’s Diner" experience. Just north of HHR, Monday-Saturday. Low frill, good grilled diner food, good people. Don't wear MLB Yankee baseball clothing! Open for breakfast and lunch (no lunch on Saturdays).
