Welcome to 7546 Yacht Club Villas! Located on the tree-lined marina, and just minutes to the Atlantic Ocean, this completely updated three-bedroom, three bath villa is the perfect island retreat. Swimming in the community pool, fishing, crabbing, and beachcombing, are just a few of the many activities waiting to be enjoyed. Exceptional access to championship golf courses, tennis, parks with playgrounds, miles of bike paths and white sandy beaches. Entering the villa, you will notice the beautiful furnishings and coastal decor in the open concept living and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. With comfortable furnishings in the living room and a flat screen television, you are sure to relax after a long day of exploring. This area is open to the dining table, seating six guests.
Relax on the lovely balconies with amazing marina views. The wide-open air space is great for relaxing or enjoying a meal outdoors at the patio set. For some real adventure, take the island bike paths throughout the Marina for wonderful shopping and dining or ride over to nearby beaches to watch the dolphins frolic in the water!
