Ground Floor Corner Villa/Ocean Front Resort With Large Pool/On Site Restaurants

Tennis Villa B5 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath FIRST FLOOR CORNER UNIT sitting next to a beautiful lagoon ON THE QUIET SIDE of an ocean front gated resort and just a quick five minute walk to the beach and LARGEST BEACH SIDE POOL ON THE ISLAND. OUR CONDO IS CONVENIENT– NO HAULING LUGGAGE AND BEACH GEAR UP TO THE 2ND or 3RD FLOOR EACH DAY (there are no elevators). Parking is right outside the condo and there is a Hilton Head Trolley stop right in front of the resort. Enjoy Coconuts sports bar in the resort conference center with both indoor and outdoor dining just across the parking lot. Jamaica Joes tiki bar at the pool is a great place to hang out. Lighted, professionally maintained TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL COURTS are located across the parking lot from the condo and free to guests.
Golfers will find a number of championship golf courses just minutes away. Bike rental is available just steps from the condo and you can jump on the island's many miles of paved, tree lined bike paths right from the parking lot. Also enjoy endless miles of riding on the beach on the packed sand while watching dolphins swim by, pelicans diving into the surf, seagulls floating on the breeze, and sand pipers darting back and forth.
NOTE: E-BIKES NOT ALLOWED ON THE RESORT PROPERTY.
The Breeze Trolley runs every 20 minutes and stops all along the island including right out in front of our resort.
VILLA AMENITIES: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher, new range and microwave, and refrigerator. Small appliances (toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, blender) are also available. There is also a Coffee Bar.
Dining Room: The dining area has a window that is only available in corner units
Living Room: The living room has modern, comfortable decor. Condo has tile floors. Furnishings include a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, ottoman, high speed wifi, cable, and Samsung smart TV. The balcony has new flooring.
Master Bedroom: Includes a new king sized bed, Samsung smart TV, and full private bath.
Guest Bedroom: This bedroom is furnished with two comfortable twin beds, a standard TV, and a second full bath just outside the bedroom door.
Laundry: There is a laundry room located in the same building as the fitness center.
A beach buggy, 5 beach chairs, cabana umbrella, and sand toys are stored in the utility closet. Beach towels not included, you will need to bring them.
Access is via keyless lock. VRBO sends to you the code a couple of days before arrival. There is also a lock box with an emergency backup key.

Our host was very communicative and helpful with any question. It was so nice to have all of the beach items! The room was very clean and check in was very easy. The beach at the resort is busy but quiet and the trip was very relaxing!

The condo was clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Everyone in the complex was friendly. Loved the fact that we could rent bikes right there in the resort. I felt really safe there as well. My daughter and I stayed with two small children and we never once felt unsafe. They always checked for your resort tags when entering the resort. Also my grandson fell and scrapped his knee one day when he was running to get a bike. One of the guards came out of the guard shack and offered us something to clean it with and bandaids. I thought that was super nice. The only negative for me and this in no way reflects on the owner was that I purchased a drink at the beach bar and it was 13. And it was only a solo cup, not huge by any means. This was the most expensive drink I encountered our entire stay and we even visited Sea Pines abs Harbortown while we were there. The host was fantastic and very responsive to any questions.

Wonderful summer vacation memories

Loved our stay at this super clean and loaded with amenities condo! Check in was so easy. Debra has so many thoughtful extras like all the beach toys, chairs, wagon. There was even a brand new beach umbrella cabana that arrived for our use. The location of the condo was perfect! It was our first visit to HHI and we will definitely be back. My grandson loved the ocean!

Three Amigos

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed many aspects of Hilton head like we usually do, coy, salty dog, and a sunset cruise, which I recommend. Of course, the beach was great. We used one of your chairs and rented too, and that way we had everything we neededI will tell you that I think there is at least one outlet that has a problem in the living area. We tried to charge our phones on that lamp and with that extension cord and had no luck.

Fantastic Place to Stay

Our family had a great time, and this Vrbo unit was like a home away from home. It had all the amenities you could ask for (full kitchen, AC, WiFi, TVs, etc.) and was very comfortable. The owner even provided some beach items (e.g., boogie boards, chairs, canopy, etc.) so that we didn't have to bring any. Having two, separate full bathrooms was a huge plus, especially in the morning when everyone was trying to get ready for the day. The unit is within a short walking distance of the beach, which makes it easy to see the sunrises and sunsets each day. The owner is very communicative and responds quickly to any questions or issues. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone planning to stay on Hilton Head Island.

Great, clean condo

We had a wonderful week staying in this condo. My husband and two daughters enjoyed the beach and pool. It's a short walk made easy with the beach wagon, or a quick drive. The condo is well appointed with chairs and such. Highly recommend!

Great Location and Property

We had a great time and would not hesitate to return. The location is perfect and pretty much 15 minutes from anywhere on the island. The property is amazing with beach access and great restaurants on site. The pool was a big hit when the tide was low. The ground floor unit was great to avoid all the stairs.

Not ocean front

The resort itself is ocean front. However, the villa is about a 5 or so min walk at least to the beach and with a toddler it was not what we were expecting. You can not even see the water from the villa. Laundry is not in the same building and the playgroud on the resort property is very outdated and old. The food at the restaurants on the resort property are edible but not great. The service at the front desk is a little rough. We killed them with kindess and they simmered down a bit. We would go back but personally would call the resort directly to book. Its cheaper and yo lu sre guaranteed an actual ocean front is thats what you wanted. Her rental advertisement was misleading.

Perfect for a family and can't wait to come back!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom tennis villa was perfect for my daughter and me and my two grandchildren (6 and 3.5). We spent 6 nights and did not want to leave! The host Debra was a text away, gave us heads up on anything we needed to know, and provided recs when asked (like Hudson's and its neighbors for seafood!). The beds (King in master and twins in second BR) were super comfortable. The location is great, with most HH activities within 5-15 minutes and the beach/pools only a 5 minute walk from the villa. The beach buggy w/sand toys and cabana umbrella were perfect. We all enjoyed the large pool as well, and the 1.5 foot smaller pool is perfect for younger children to play in. It has one of the best-equipped kitchens (dishes/cookware) I've seen in a rental, and we made breakfast every day. We could have cooked more had we desired. Kroger and Publix are close for groceries or picnic food. But you also want to try the local restaurants. We did enjoy CocoNutz on the property for pizza (watch for the pizza night specials they have cauliflower crust for GF!) and Jamaica Joe'z by the pool for ice cream and snacks.Several children's games are in the villa. If you have one too young for that, you may want to bring a couple of toys. But most of the time we were out enjoying the beautiful weather. A wonderful playground that both kids loved is on the property just behind the villa. I don't often make return visits, but we would definitely come back here!

This was a great condo. Ground floor, with parking right out your patio. Walking to the beach from condo is always nice. Condo had chairs and cart to pull all your gear to beach. It really was a nice location.

Family get a way

We would stay there again. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Laura and Debra were very quick to answer my messages any time i had a question. The only reason i rated cleanliness as a 4 was the floors were not mopped as good as i would have anticipated when we first got there. Everything else was very clean however. The complex was really nice. We would stay here again if we came back to Hilton Head Island.
