Enjoy total luxury at our villa right on the beach. The villa has been completely renovated right back to the studs. We have paid perfect attention to every detail and nothing has been overlooked. Enjoy wonderful ocean views from the balcony and great room.

The villa has wood floors, extensive low country style moldings, designer light fixtures including remote control ceiling fans and recessed lighting, carrera marble bathroom, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom draperies, beautiful mirrors and stylish furniture.

Open the door and enter a relaxing luxurious environment. The villa has a queen sized bed with a leather nail head headboard. Behind the bed you will see the unique 3D wall which will remind you of the ocean waves. The bedroom boasts a custom cherry wood closet with a closet tower and ample room for hanging your clothes. Bedroom has a 50 inch tv mounted on a 3D wall above a mirrored 6 draw dresser.

The bathroom has beautiful marble flooring, marble wall tiles and a marble vanity. Over the vanity is a beautiful designer mirror. The shower/bath combination has glass doors with a rain head shower. The fixtures are gold/oil rubbed bronze.

Next you will find a separate vanity area in the hall, a great place for the ladies to style their hair in the large designer mirror and do their make-up in the smaller LED side mirror. The area could also be used as an area to use your laptop.

Through to the great room you will see the kitchen, living room and eating area. The kitchen granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances:- state of the art Convection Oven/Microwave in which you can cook anything from chicken breasts, steaks, burgers, crispy pizza's all at the touch of a button. A full size very quiet Bosch dishwasher and smooth top range. A stainless steel square sink with a gold faucet. The stainless steel back splash looks amazing, especially at night with the recessed lighting. The villa also has a full sized stainless steel French door refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The white square dinner set and hammered silverware make a perfect place setting to enjoy a relaxing dinner after a long day at the beach! For special occasion dining we have gold edged dinnerware. The beautiful glass dining table and velvet chairs seats two people.
The great room has a wall mounted flat screen slim 65 inch 4K TV along with 4K DVD player and some great DVD's for your enjoyment. The villa also has free high speed internet.

The villa also has a brand new very efficient LG ultra quiet air conditioning unit.

Last but certainly not least is the balcony with wonderful views of the ocean. Enjoy the view with a glass of wine on our very comfortable white wicker arm chairs.

Seaside Villas are located directly on the beach at Forest Beach and also have a pool. The villas are just a short five-minute walk to Coligny Plaza which has shops, bars and restaurants. There are also grocery stores within walking or biking distance.

Hilton Head has numerous bike and walking paths. This year Hilton Head Island earned a GOLD LEVEL Biking Community by the League of American Bicyclists! We are now one of the top 25 biking communities in the United States! Hilton Head is a spectacular biking destination with 60 miles of bike paths and 100 miles of protected public pathways. You can cycle for miles on the beach at low tide. With the rental of our villa, we provide two beach bikes free of charge for your enjoyment. We also provide two beach chairs, and Bocce to play on the beach. Hilton Head Island offers may activities and some great places to explore. Seaside villas has plenty of parking and once you park up your car you will not need to use it whilst you enjoy your stay.
We provide our own high quality linens. We do our own cleaning and do a very thorough job making sure everything is super clean.
