This stunning home boasts spacious living areas and multiple bedroom wings, perfect for families or multiple generations traveling together. Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a grand curved staircase that leads to a large pool, covered lanais, outside couches, and breathtaking lagoon views. Inside, the home features a large great room, a home theatre/library, and a cozy Carolina Room for the grandparents to relax and watch the kids play in the pool. The chef's kitchen is a dream come true, complete with an 8 burner gas range, 3 sinks, and a large breakfast bar for the family to gather around.

The North Wing of the home features 3 ensuite bedrooms, while the South Wing includes 2 ensuite bedrooms with plenty of natural lighting. Each wing also includes a large living area for family movie nights or board games. And the upstairs Owners Suite is the ultimate escape, complete with a private deck, huge walk-in shower, separate bunk room for the little ones, and stunning views.

But the fun doesn't stop there. The first floor at ground level is a kid's paradise, with foosball, pocket pool, board games, and a big screen for family movie nights. Outside, the large pool with diving board, jungle gym, outside sofas, and views over the lagoon offer even more opportunities for family fun. And for the adventurous, the lagoon is perfect for canoeing or kayaking.

Multigenerational family vacation

Everything was great. Large open spaces that accommodated all of us but also had private areas for smaller groups. For us, the 2 wings made it easy to have an active space for older kids while the opposite wing was good for the grandparents and families with younger children. We would stay there again.

Great Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time. The property was spacious and easily accommodated 12 adults and 3 toddlers. The dining area was spacious. We all loved the pool. The property manager was wonderful and responded immediately to any needs. Overall, great place to stay, nothing was a deal breaker, just some improvements recommended: The kitchen cookware needs to be updated. For a group our size, it was difficult to cook with small cookware. ie, there was no large kettle to boil pasta, and the frying pans were worn, and serving utensils need updated. The downstairs playroom also needs updated. Location was great! Close to grocery stores, beach, activities for the kids, short drive to Harbortown, golf and bike riding. Also XPlorie was great to use! Wonderful family vacation!!

25 Starboard Tack

Property, location in Palmetto Dunes all great. The issues were things that didn't work or things that we felt were "missing". Refrigerator was out for the first two days and we ended up having to throw food away. Projection TV in media room, we finally got to "semi-work", but no instructions. Outside of the kitchen, there was no comfortable family seating area. Media room only sat 6, and we had 6 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of space for seating in the foyer area that faced the lagoon, but it was empty. Outdoor seating by the pool - all of the cushions needed replacement. Corn hole tables are both rotted. Cushions missing on balcony and master balcony, the outdoor furniture was ripped up. Lack of hot water in one master. All of these are easily remediable. We wondered that the owners didn't want to make these investments because the property was for sale. Fix these things and it's 5 star. Bedrooms were comfortable. Master could have used some seating. Kitchen was well stocked. It's just a bunch of things and inconveniences to question if worth the price we paid. We have rented many houses on the island.
