Our recent renovation upgrades include: sealy posturepedic mattress, luxury vinyl floors, kitchen appliances and cabinets, beautiful granite countertops, bathroom fixtures, living and dining furniture and 2 HDTV's, secure WI-FI internet service....and a relaxing Front Row View (nice landscape and no parking lot)!!!

Just 100 yards from the beach our corner unit at the very front of the resort has closest access to the beach via the main resort boardwalk with the Jamaica Joe'z Beach Bar on one side and the swimming pool on the other (see pictures).

Yet as close as we are to the beach and amenities our villa location retains your privacy and tranquility, and the additional windows of our oceanfront corner unit in the bedroom and kitchen keep the villa light and bright with quiet natural views...not a busy parking lot.

After a wonderful day of sun and surf when returning to your front row villa with the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie board (provided), you will be glad your unit is so close to the boardwalk and you don't have to climb the stairs to the second or third floor. Got kids? Keep an eye on them from your deck while they play on the front lawn after dinner. Peaceful and quiet, with no parking lot below or other buildings nearby, you will all be sure to sleep well at night.

Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the outdoor pool, one of the largest on the island, and kiddy pool provide the ideal spot to soak up the sun! A playground area and picnic grounds, complete with barbecue grills, are also available at the resort.

The property includes fitness center, lighted 10-court tennis facility, with pro shop and a staff that can provide private or group lessons, just call the Pro Shop for reservations. Beach volleyball can be enjoyed as well as bike rentals in season.

Perfect little getaway spot

This is the perfect little getaway for a couple at Hilton Head. You’re literally just a few steps away from the pool and boardwalk to the beach. Even though you’re close to the heavily trafficked areas, it’s still quiet and peaceful to sit on the patio. The amenities at this resort are awesome too. There are several restaurants on site, and you’re not far from a lot of the main attractions and restaurants on the island either. I will definitely be looking to stay at this property and unit again!

Great villa even better host!

Can’t say enough good things about our host John. He was very responsive with our questions and went above and beyond for us (even made some rainy days better). The villa was perfect for the 2 of us. Amazing Stay!

My wife and I did a surprise vacation for our children, and this place was such an amazing place to stay at. The pictures really doesn’t do it justice, this felt like a home from home. The corner unit is away from the rest of the parking lot with the ability to see glimpses of the ocean and hear it. Our kids loved the captain bunk beds and wanted to live there! The whole community is family friendly and has a calm atmosphere. There are options to eat and drink on the resort, not having to leave every day. The beach really is only a short walk away! We had such an amazing time!

Perfect location of condo

Condo was clean and very well stocked. Lots of storage space. Our 4th stay at this resort and this was the best condo. Perfect location close to beach and pool. Had to message owner once about keypad code he immediately responded and was very nice and helpful in all communications. Went above and beyond to let us stay another night since our vacation was during tropical storm Debbie. We loved the unit and love the resort, the Pizza place and sports bar and poolside snack bar are convenient and the food is always good. We are picking a date for our next stay in this same unit for next year!!

Perfect Villa!

This villa was perfect! It was the closest to the pool/beach and the view was fantastic! Most villas have views of the parking lot, this one is so private with a beautiful view of the lush greens and ocean. We ate our breakfast on the balcony & watched birds and rabbits every morning. They also provided beachs chairs, boogie boards & beach toys for the kids. So many other perks too

30th Anniversary getaway

The condo is really convenient to the beach, pool and Tiki bar. Parking is super close to the unit and most of the popular restaurants are close by. The owners of the unit are really easy to work with and even surprised us with a dessert to share for our big day. Nice touch! Thank you from the Newport’s.

Great Condo Better Owner

I chose this trip last minute. Communication with the owner was very quick, and every time I had a question he was quick with the response. The condo is the perfect size for two people or two adults and two small children. Had everything you needed. Any issues were quickly resolved by the owner. I would definitely book this place again.

Unit with a perfect location

Appt was clean and well outfitted. Location was perfect with a great balcony view. Everything you need was there: Chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids beach toys. The appliances and TV were somewhat older but fine. No ice maker but cool packs and ice cube trays were in the freezer. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t try the sleeper sofa. Tub was deep and nice. About the reviews about a musty smell, Somebody sprayed a bunch of Frebreeze before we arrived, but after airing out the place overnight all was good. Bring your own Firestick or Apple TV if you want streaming TV. The TV‘s just have cable.

John was an excellent host. He was prompt to answer our questions. We had a lovely view of the boardwalk, grassy area and the dunes. We were able to watch bunnies and birds constantly. We were happy that we had a really short walk yo the pool, beach and restaurants on site. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could prepare our own meals if we chose. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Highly recommended!!
