Whip up breakfast in a kitchen featuring sleek granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and premium stainless appliances. Retreat to the primary queen suite, while the kids enjoy the cozy, built-in hallway bunks. A new queen sleeper sofa ensures room for everyone. This villa has been upgraded with smooth ceilings, new AC, new doors, fresh flooring, and a spa-like new bathroom.

This first floor retreat offers a gated entry & elevators in a complex ideal for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds - a peaceful retreat with unbeatable proximity to the beach and the shops/restaurants of Coligny Plaza.

The villa is located in the Sea Side Villa complex with gated parking available to property guests. To ensure that all guests have a safe and relaxing stay, there are two new rules for Sea Side Villas guests in 2026.

1) Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in the designated area near the garbage dumpster in the front of the building. Smoking and Vaping are not permitted on the balcony.

2) The charging of E-Bikes and E-Cars is not permitted on the property. Sea Side Villa will charge a $500 fine for violations.

The room was clean & perfect for our few day stay. Conveniently located. I did have just a little question prior to check in (nothing major) but it was disappointing that my message never got a response because I have never had a host not reply to me. Only complaint we could not figure out what was causing so much water in the floor beside the bath tub. Not sure if something was leaking or that the shower curtains weren’t actually water proof. We had to put a new towel down everyday and when you have 5 people with only 6 towels in the room that wasn’t ideal.
