It locates at the back of the complex close to swimming pool or onsite manager may issue a fine No pet is allowed outside a unit at common area unless it is wearing a collar with a current rabies vaccination tag and is accompanied by a responsible individual. At no time may any pet be left unattended in the common area for any reason. Please clean up after your pets immediately. We don't allow the following dog breeds: Pit Bulls of any breed; Rottweiler; Doberman Pinscher; Chow Chow;Bull Mastiff. - Check out before 10AM, Check in after 4PM anytime - No food and drink on 2nd floor please - ages of 21+ - LIMIT 6 guests. Any additional guests must be Pre approved by host and will have an additional cost - Limit 2 cars. any additional cars must be disclosed prior to booking and be approved, Please parking you car at the parking space match your house # - Any stays over 14 days may require a standard deposit. - If you choose to smoke in our NON smoking property you hereby agree to happily pay our smoking fee of $250 and authorize AIRBNB to collect this amount for our extra cleaning fee which may include renting a Professional Reverse Osmosis machine as well as potentially blocking the property from rental for an additional day. - Swimming pool is seasonal.
