Ocean Dunes Villas (#209) - The living room area has a sliding door to the resort pool/ocean view balcony, making it the perfect place to relax amid new, upscale furnishings and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The recently renovated Kitchen/Dining area features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a large dining bar (island).
The master bedroom has a cozy, beach atmosphere with a comfortable King size bed with one of the top quality mattress (10/2020) and private bath. Both the master and guest bathrooms were totally renovated in 2019. The master bath has a new tile tub, toilet, and a granite sink countertop.
The guest/second bedroom has a brand new queen size bed with one of the best quality mattress and the guest bath features a walk-in tile shower with a frameless clear glass door and a granite countertop.
The unit also includes a Pack'N Play and an outdoor shower by the pool to clean off all the fun you had on the beach. The swimming pool is next to the boardwalk, right on the way back to the unit. If you would like to book for 3 nights or less, please send an inquiry. If the schedule permits, we will make accommodations for a shorter stay than the four night minimum policy.

I stayed here for a full month while working in Hilton Head, and this condo was the perfect home base. It was comfortable, clean, and wonderfully quiet — a peaceful place to return to at the end of each day.The beautiful sunrises were one of the highlights of my stay. Starting the morning with that view made the whole experience even more special.The owner was also very responsive whenever I needed anything, which gave me great peace of mind during a long stay. The space was well‑kept and truly felt like a home away from home.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, welcoming place on the island.

The view from the deck was GREAT. The host was very easy to deal with and responded quickly each time I reached out. We had 4 adults and had plenty of room, and we were close to all things we wanted to do ( especially the beach!!)

Thak God for the view because the furnishings looked and felt like they came from a second hand store. The renovations were obviously DIY and not very proficient DIY. The mattresses were the worst. I felt like i was sleeping in a trench. The view was spectacular though.

Every thing matches the pictures and description. Lovely view, easy walk to the beach. I loved the location as you could walk to the nearby Coligny Plaza. Owner also had new bikes that we had hoped to use; however we did not have the best weather. Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. It was our first time at Hilton Head. The condo was very clean, the location was perfect, and steps from the beach as described. We were able to view beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. The recliner rocker was nice to have to rock our little one to sleep at night and for naps. The condo owner, Yuni, was very kind and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Thanks, Yuni! I was surprised at how well-stocked the condo was with complimentary items like body wash, soap, shampoo, etc. It was stocked better than a hotel, and for less.We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend this place to family and friends.

Pros: Beautiful views, great pools, easy access to the ocean, convenient location, ample parking, 2 comfortable beds with clean linens and pillows, comfortable couch/lazy boy, nice TVs. Owner was a delight, super friendly, and helpful! Cons: No elevator on 1st floor (must walk up stairs to 2nd); very difficult with luggage/groceries. No washer/dryer in unit (facilities on each floor, but quarters are needed.) The constant humidity (needed to empty dehumidifier water twice a day) made the condo smell moldy. (Sprayed freshener multiple times but it didn’t help.) Very limited cooking utensils, pots, pans. (We had to buy a can opener... we left it for the next person.) Old cabinets and appliances. (Freezer racks were rusted, cabinets smelled musty, stove interior needs a heavy cleaning.) Tap water tastes terrible. (Bottled drinking water is necessary.)Overall we overlooked the negatives based on the positives.

Wonderful communication from host. Place is exactly as described and has a stunning view!! Very clean and a good amount by of supplies are provided. Owner immediately responded to any communication and even provided new beach chairs and a mattress topper to make our stay comfortable without us even asking. The bikes were amazing, everything in good working order. Would love to stay again! Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Fantastic view and location! Easy walk to the beach and pool. Loved the showers on the way back from the beach to rinse off. Beach chairs are available to rent right on the beach. Lifeguard is out in front of the beach. Great spot for families!Parking spots were always available.

Great location! Clean apartment! Beautiful view! Beds need a serious upgrade! Nobody slept well due to the beds, and woke up sore every morning. Overall, still a good stay!

You MUST stay here!

From the moment we booked this condo I was blown away by the incredible communication by Yuni, the owner. She explained everything in great detail and was very organized! We were blown away by the condo the moment we walked into the condo! It was gorgeous, extremely clean and bright/airy! It has the best view of the ocean and pool from the balcony! We started every morning on the balcony and ended every evening there. She had the condo fully stocked with toiletries and the kitchen had everything you could need as well. One of our favorite things was that she had beach chairs and boogey boards that our 13 year and 11 year old could use! You are literally a 8 minute walk to Coliginy where all the shopping and restaurants are. We are already planning on when we can return because we loved staying here so much!

Fun in the sun!

Great property for our spring break getaway! This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island and the location was perfect, close to Coligny Beach and Sea Pines. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and lounging by the pool. Access to the grill/bar at the resort next door was a bonus and the quick walk to the beach made everything feel very casual. We saw dolphins from the shore everyday and the sunrise views were beautiful. There was a bit of construction going on in neighboring units but it didn't spoil our fun. Overall a great stay and we would return!

Very Disappointing

Good view and close to the beach but no central air! 40-50 degrees at night and no heat in one bedroom. Poor heating throughout. Ancient units in living area and master bedroom. Very small unit and poor choice in bedding. Bed frames were larger than mattresses so you were constantly hitting your leg or foot. Very difficult to walk around bed in guest room.Bathrooms were tiny and shower curtain kept falling in master bath. Shower in there didn’t work well and you ended up standing in inches of soapy water. Old shampoo left there was not appreciated. For bathrooms that were renovated, they were very poorly done. Strip on floor at bedroom threshold kept coming up. Amazing that it hadn’t been fixed. Guest shower always leaked and yes, the door was closed and mats and towels were placed on the floor. Minimal space to move around and we are not large people.No instructions for tv. All seemed to work differently. Finally got the one in the living room to work. Never succeeded with the others.Very disappointing and although it was clean on the surface, nobody checked for the large almost dead insect under the kitchen counter or the flatware with dried food on it. And the price was high!

Great view, good location, clean, and well equipped.A previous review mentioned a tv problem, so we specifically asked if that had been fixed before we booked reservation. Host said yes. Upon check-in, tvs not working and we notified host. The next day she called Spectrum but said we would have to call Spectrum. Host provided incorrect account #. After multiple interactions with Spectrum customer service, they determined that a service call would be necessary. Because the calls to Spectrum kept dropping due to bldg density, it took more than half (of our first full vacation day) to get to the point where we could make service appointment. When the two technicians arrived ( MONDAY early evening) it took quite a while to fix. The main living room tv is streaming and needed to be registered to be able to download Spectrum App. Tech called the host and asked for her to register tv, or give her personal info so he could register for her. She said she could not. So tech made up bogus account information as a work-around. Then they had to reset the cable boxes on the other 2 tvs to get them working.So finally we had working tvs at 6 pm MONDAY evening.When we expressed extreme frustration to host she said “ we all have problem a times”, “ really no one’s fault”. After more back and forth, we asked for a refund of at least one days rental for all the vacation time we had lost working on the tv problem. She refused.

Great location to beach. Too bad it was cold when we went. Condo had very small bathrooms and guest bathroom door was hard to open and close. Bedroom TVs did not work and needed service from provider. Did not like TV channel option on living room TV. No local channels, no sports and everything was old reruns of shows.

Great condo for our family of 4. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Central to great restaurants and shops. If you plan on washing clothes while you are there, bring quarters for the machines.

Amazing View & Great Communication w Property Manager

The view of the ocean and the pool are great, it is a perfect little corner unit with privacy. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoyed watching people come and go to the beach. It's a short walk to the beach with a beautiful pathway. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere, we rode to Coligny Plaza daily! Yuni is great to communicate with, we were given instructions for our arrival well in advance of our trip so we could prepare and Yuni followed up with us again shortly before our trip. This was our first family vacation with our 9 month old and we had the best time! I would love to come back and stay at this property again, we really enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway

Our family loves Coligny Beach. We come once a year, and choose properties within walking distance to Coligny plaza. This property was the perfect size for a family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. We spent most days at the beach and most evenings in the pool or on the balcony enjoying the breathtaking view of the ocean. The property owner is prompt, friendly, and easily accessible. We can't wait to return for another getaway!!

Not the Best but the Price was Good

We stayed at this property November 2-5th. We were not given our parking passes in time to print them out before we left. We had a 5.5 hour drive and had to contact the owner to please send the information. When we got them there was no way to print them. (you should at least send the parking passes the day before). Upon arrival walking into the unit you were hit with an old musty smell. The unit really needs to be remodeled with new paint. The bed in the smaller bedroom slanted downhill and the sheets were terribly hard and scratchy. The AC unit in that room wouldn't work properly. There was no way to get heat to come out of it and the fan speed on low was still really high. I chose not to contact the owner we just kept the unit off. The plug in the bathroom that is for this room needs to be changed. It kept wanting to "spit out" my hair dryer and my flat iron. This next part has nothing to do with the owner or the the unit but on our first night from 9pm until well past midnight there was alot of noise coming from the until above (309). It was constant and when I called the after hours number they told me they couldn't do anything. I went up there the next day only to find the owners there and they had been renovating and painting and using machinery that night. When I alerted them that this type of work well into the night was not acceptable they did apologize. With that said this unit is old and the walls are thin you can hear every thing upstairs.
