It is designated non-smoking for your comfort and comes fully equipped with 2 complimentary beach cruisers, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience and entertainment. This Sea Side complex features a relaxing, oceanfront sundeck, swing, pool, washer and dryers on each floor, elevator access, and secure covered parking. The cozy bedroom features a brand NEW comfy, queen size bed with HDTV. The ocean waves can be heard from the charming living/dining area. There is a comfortable, NEW sofa bed and entertainment center with its HDTV & DVD player in the living area too. We had a great visit. VERY convenient to the beach and my husband was extremely happy with the setup of the parking for the complex--also VERY convenient. Erin was great with communication and very hospitable. The unit was well-stocked, clean, and perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony with a view of the ocean.

Lovely and close to the ocean. Beautiful view from room and very short walk. To me all Hilton Head walks to the beach are long and if i say this one is short, it is short. Was wonderful that chairs, umbrellas, coolers, bikes all provided. Loved. Couch was super comfy!

A beautiful beach vacation.

We haven't been to an ocean beach for a very long time and we are so glad to be able to have settled in for a week of R&R at Seaside Villas. It took some practice to remember all the different entry codes or to find the piece of paper on which they were written. Then, on the last day I accidentally found the outlet where we could have charged our devices...under the dining table. But truly, we had a great time.
