This property offers free access to the heated Harbour Town pool, a rare complimentary amenity for this area. The trolley line pickup to the beach is just steps away. The owners of this top tier property have invested in creating a quality, safe, modern and comfortable property ready to welcome you and your guests.

Cooking will be a joy when preparing in the brand new kitchen renovated in 2025, highlighted by top end fixtures. Most properties in this building must share a laundry room, but this property offers the conveniences of on site laundry right inside the property! Spacious living and dining areas, large smart TV's, new flooring, furniture, upgraded WIFI and HVAC so much more. The second bedroom has both a queen and a twin bed, and there is also a sofa sleeper in the living room section should you require additional sleeping options. Use them to explore the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within SeaPines- You don't really need your car much for this vacation. We provide a free family fitness pass and free tennis during the afternoons at South Beach. Beach towels and chairs and free WIFI are also included.
Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to wait in line and stop at security. We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the location was perfect. We brought our own toiletries but they provided all of the essentials as well. They have beach chairs that we used and there’s also a pass to use the swimming pool. The condo was clean and didn’t have any weird smells. The air conditioning worked perfectly.The host mailed us a pass for SeaPines before we left for the trip and the door code worked at the condo so all we had to do was drive down and bring our bags inside. The host was great and was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We actually needed to change our dates and they were able to accommodate that request. We accidentally left our iPad and pillow at the condo and they were able to get those items back to us within the week. I really can’t say enough about how awesome they were. We’ve never had a bad experience with a host but this was such a good experience that it really stands out. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay near Harbortown this place is it!

It was our first time staying at the Sea Pines, we loved our unit. It was very clean, nicely updated, had everything we needed. We would rent the same unit again. The agents we were working with Jessica and Scott were very responsive to all our inquiries. We definitely recommend this unit.

Family Fun

Great little condo for our 5 day stay. It was my husband, my 21 year old college daughter and I. I have been coming to HHI for over 40 years since I was 10 years old. My kids have been coming for as long as they can remember. My in-laws used to own a home in Sea Pines. They sadly passed away last year and home was sold. We did all the things we love, ride bikes, walk on the beach, eat at all of our favorite places and relax. Thanks for a great vacation.
