Spacious 2-suite Condo 5-Minute Walk to the Beach.


In addition to our condo's view of the pool and tennis courts, we believe you will be delighted to discover Oceanwalk's 2025 major renovations. We love the re-envisioned outdoor pool, atrium, indoor hot tub and heated pool area and the facade.

Our fully air-conditioned 1210 square foot villa includes all new stunning random plank flooring, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen along with a living-dining area, and a den. There are 2 balconies with a beautiful view of the outdoor pool and outdoor recreation area. The condo is equipped with HD Cable, Two 4K TV, and free Wi-Fi. There is a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi for those rainy days or to unwind at days' end.

The condo layout is ideal for 4 adults. A family of 4 or 5 will also appreciate our floor plan as it is divided into an A-Side and a B- Side with separate entrance doors off the hallway. There is another interior door that separates these two sides.

The A Side living room has a couch/recliner and a 4K TV. The living room area opens onto a large balcony facing southeast and overlooks the outdoor pool. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a Jamison Resort Mattress and a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub.

The B Side has a den with a sofa queen sleeper (probably only kid-friendly), 4K TV, a wet bar and small refrigerator. The B-Side bedroom is 12ft by 20ft with a queen-sized bed with a Jamison Resort Mattress. The B-Side bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a balcony off the bedroom that overlooks the outdoor pool area.

Our condo is always rented as one unit as per Beufort Co. STR Plan Business License #074696.

If you love to cook/bake you will enjoy the A-Side's completely renovated and fully-equipped kitchen that includes Whirlpool appliances, new dishwasher, and granite countertops. The refrigerator is equipped with an ice maker. An air fryer, George Foreman grill, Hamilton Beach drip/k-cup coffee maker, French press and coffee bean grinder are just some of the amenities. The state-of-the art 2024 GE Profile Front load Washer/Ventless Dryer Combo DOES REQUIRE our guests to use only Tide he detergent, which is provided. (Trust us! You are going to want one for your home!)

Purchasing trip cancellation insurance is encouraged as there are no refunds for Force Majeure (the acts of God). This is due to the nature of weather patterns in this region.

This property exceeded our expectations at every level. Kitchen was well stocked. Furniture was in great shape and more than adequate for 4 adults. Plenty of bath towels. GE washer/ dryer combo worked well. Videos provided by host were helpful to understanding the operation. Coffee maker brews both Keurig cups and drip filter. Beach gear included a wagon, 5 folding chairs, umbrella, fooball and a few other toys. We brought our own inflatable chairs and a Ninja beach tent. Walk to the beach was easy. 7 minutes for us seniors pulling a cart. Pools both indoor and outdoor as well as the hot tub and outdoor grounds were exceptionally clean. Elevator and baggage carts were a welcome amenity after a previous rental at a nearby complex with a two story walk up.We brought 2 ebikes and stowed then in our truck. We had no need to charge our 750W batteries over the 2 week stay. (No ebikes or batteries allowed inside - facility policy) Bike racks around the property were abundant. Noticed some folks had locked their ebikes outside and were undisturbed.Facility overall was quiet. Met several permanent tenants. All were friendly, polite, and welcoming. Pools were never crowded even during the Heritage Golf Tournament. Pat, the host was very attentive and quick to respond.Used one of two outdoor charcoal grills by the pool. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo. The beach was right across the street and the condo had all the beach equipment we needed a long with a wagon to get it there. I am an avid walker and we walked to the lighthouse one day. The grocery store was nearby along with everything else we needed. Pat was available to answer questions quickly. We played pickle ball and sat by the pool. We did not swim but many people were using the indoor pool.It was a wonderful time, I highly recommend this condo.

Great space for two couples with comfortable beds, separate bathrooms and decks, thus offering privacy. Kitchen has many amenities and washer/dryer available. Indoor pool with hot tub was often bustling with families with children as it was a Spring break week. Outdoor pool area was great. Surface for pickleball was less than desirable as the bounce was very unpredictable. Great location which was walkable to beach and Coligny area.

Perfect location for beach lovers

Great stay with a very clean condo, full kitchen. Everything you need is there, you could live in this condo. View over the pool from both balconies. Our teenage son enjoyed being in his own (very large) bedroom and his own TV. Within short walking distance of both busy and active Coligny beach but also quieter Alders lane beach. I went jogging in the morning under the shaded path, then finished it off with a dip in the ocean. Repeat in the evening. Intermittent dio in the swimmong pool too. Fabulous Month on Hilton Head Island

We had a fabulous month on Hilton Head Island! The condo was beautiful and has a great location near Coligny and the beach. We had a pretty view of the outdoor pool (there is also an indoor pool and hot tub). The communication was excellent with the owners and they answered our questions and gave us great recommendations.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved our stay in this condo. We have already booked our next stay. The owners were so kind and helpful. The condo was very well stocked with everything we could have needed. We were so close to the beach, shops and many restaurants, only needing our bikes to get around.

Paradise in Hilton Head!!

This is an awesome condo!! My wife and I stayed for the month of April. The condo has absolutely everything you will ever need. There is all kinds of room in the condo with very comfortable furniture. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would ever need to cook and bake. There is a full set of beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to use to take to the beach which is a short 5 minute walk away! Coligny is also just a short 10 minute walk. It is in a perfect location. This condo is great for a couple or a family as there is all kind of room. Also an indoor and and outdoor pool. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone look for a short or long holiday in Hilton Head!! It was not hard to tell the owners take a lot of pride in their condo. You won’t be disappointed staying here!
