Sunset Rentals | Club Course 153

153 Club Course is the ideal home for your next Hilton Head vacation. This beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was renovated in the fall of 2022. LVP flooring spans the home, and all the brand new furniture was chosen with comfort and relaxation in mind.

The open concept floor plan and large living area provides plenty of space to spread out with multiple couches (including a sleeper sofa) and cushioned chairs. There is also a large Smart TV, as well as games and puzzles for added entertainment.

Sliding doors lead out to the large elevated deck with lots of seating for outdoor dining and a gas grill. There's plenty of space to run and play in the pesticide-free backyard area.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook a meal for your family. There is also a breakfast area with added seating.

The primary and guest bedrooms feature organic adjustable Saatva mattresses with built-in massage features. The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom features a queen bed and shares a hall bathroom with the third guest bedroom. This bedroom is the perfect spot for kids of the group. There is a crib and a bunk bed with a full bunk on the bottom and a twin bed on the top.

Guests of this home can easily navigate the Sea Pines Hilton Head community by bike or by any of the walking trails. The Harbour Town area and beach are just a few miles away- an easy bike or car ride.

Guests at this property enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive Sea Pines Harbour Town Pool. This is a 120-foot-long freeform pool featuring a kiddie pool and changing facilities. The pool is heated and cooled seasonally. Open daily from 9:00am until dark. Pool pass is required (provided in property for guests), swimmers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult, no lifeguard on duty - guests swim at own risk.

Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation; 1 pass per car is $17/week. Limit 3 cars Max.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly only. A non-refundable fee of $250.00 plus tax per pet is required if you are bringing a dog. Limit: 2 dogs max.

Perfect for our Crew

The property was great about communicating with us and it was very comfy place to recoup from a day of golf. Its close to plenty of places to eat or shopping centers if you want to utilize the Kitchen or grill. Its a little deep in the neighborhood but that's hardly an issue. Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Hilton Head.

The home was very clean inside. Inside the home has had a refresh. Looks nice. The property manager was great & very nice. We had several questions and issues, and they responded quickly. However, they did not respond to whether they were resolved or not. Bathrooms: Were great, looks like they were updated. Bedrooms: Beds were very comfy furniture looks like it was new. No TV in the other 2 rooms. Family Room: Is beautiful. Many windows. We never used the TV did not have access to Regular/ Basic cable. We were gone all day, and when we arrived home in the evening. We just wanted to unwind and watch regular TV before heading to bed. You do have access to Netflix and other streaming apps. We have those apps. We did not want to watch them. Samsung TV would not allow you to download an app, as you needed to sign in to the Samsung TV. We wanted to download our DirecTV app and watch March Madness basketball. We could not. We ended up watching TV in the master bedroom. TV was a Ruku I was able to download DirecTV, which became our Family room too. That was disappointing. Kitchen: Clean and had many utensils - Dishes - pots and pans. Appliances worked fine, needs updating. We only cooked breakfast for ourselves. Bring your own paper goods & spices, etc. Outside house needs A LOT of loving! Grass was cut. Deck needs updating. Back of the yard butts to the highway. Watch your children. Pets on a leash. Can hear cars all day. Neighborhood awesome!
