Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 2 bedroom villa. Pets are welcome. The villa offers two parking spaces in front of the entrance and private backyard with seating area. There is also a work space, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, TVs, fresh linens, bedding and towels, dining room, living room, sofa bed, books and games, beach essentials and so much more. There is a shared pool and playground at the complex. Coffee shops, restaurants, stores, movie theater, bike trails, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts- just steps away. Villa has been fully renovated in March 2022. All new appliances.

Hilton Head weekend

The owner was very responsive and the property was clean and well equipped. It was nice to find a property allowing our family dog. Parking was easy and the location is close to great restaurants and shopping. Beach towels and extra bedding/blankets were provided although we did not use them it was nice to have them. Thanks for a great weekend getaway.

Nice inside and close to everything

Owner was very accommodating and responsive. The inside of the townhome is nicely redone and decorated. The outside/neighborhood was not what we expected but we liked that everything was within a 10-15 minute drive max. It’s a good place to stay for a small family or group of friends but I wouldn’t consider the futon a bed as it is very small and not comfortable. If you bring an air mattress you can easily sleep 6. The amenities in the home and for the beach were also great.
