Approximately 100km southeast of Adelaide where the Murray river meets the Southern ocean you will find Hindmarsh Island.

Here there is the tranquility of the water, your own private space to sit, enjoy the birds, maybe see the resident seal swimming past.
Have a drink, cook a BBQ, put your feet in the water and just relax.
In the Marina, there is BBQ areas, a playground,a lookout towards Goolwa wharf and The Islanders' Tavern.
