I will never stay at this hotel again, the room I was in had hair in the bed, sink and bathtub. The bathtub also had a dirty ring in it. One of the white towels I started to use had dark stains on it. This was horrible. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Didnt like there was no more breakfast an hour before breakfast is over. If you run out you cook more versus saying it was a lot of ppl that came earlier. There were pee stains around the bottom of the toilet. You have to ask for housekeeping and they still didn't clean the pee around the toilet. The staff acted like they wanted to fight my friend bc she got more than 1 cookie. The iron in the room didnt work. The jacuzzi is just the pool and the jets dont work. I wouldnt book again

Little rough around the edges. This is our 3 or 4th time staying here. Rooms are average. Only took one shower because it was so loud. Some kind of high pitch sqeal. The chair was very dirty. Breakfast, cereal ( this time they had milk, last time they did not) eggs, bacon, waffles. The usual. We'll probably try a different hotel next time. There are a lot to choose from in that area.

Arrived for a one night stop on a lengthy drive; the smoke detector in our room was hanging off the wall and while the shower curtain was gathered to look like it had been cleaned, there was someone else’s hair clumped all over the shower wall behind and a hair tie looped around the shower head. Needless to say, I reported it and nothing was done. We slept and left immediately the next morning after expressing our concerns again to no avail.

bathroom outlet no power - changed rooms three times- front desk staff on duty Saturday displayed an unwanted attitude and TV worked off and on- Monday night the TV did not work at all. No maintenance person on staff. I will contact the hotel manager on Wednesday. One good thing happen the housekeeping Ms. Marie, Manager and staff went out of the way to help me find a room with power through the room. I must say housing amazing
