Don't do it!

The place looks nice enough online but there was a foul smell throughout the hotel. The floors weren't vacuumed or swept. They put us in the wrong room. The furniture was broken. We checked in, went up to it room, went back down and checked out. Staff was friendly and we were able to get a full refund.

Great stay

Just a one night stay but perfect for my needs. The staff was great and so friendly! Well lit property for any solo travelers. Breakfast in the morning, coffee, cookies at check-in. Easy check in and easier check out!

The room was okay, the lamps had some rust spots on them and the shower made a whining noise. Sheets had to be changed, and quiet hours weren’t so quiet. Decent pay for the stay highly recommend daytime check in

I reserved a double queen room. Checked in and there was a minor issue with the room. Went to the front desk and was given another room with a king bed. I enjoyed the free cookies at check in. Breakfast options was minimal

We arrived about 9 pm on the 28th and the check in was smooth and the staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean on arrival but in the matter of a few hours, we saw two bugs. One was small and the other was larger. I reported it to the front desk and they said it would be taken care of. I did not see any more for the remainder of the stay.

Hotel

Rooms were very outdated and had a mildew smell. Hair was in bathroom shower and jacuzzi tub. Pillow cases were stained had to ask for new ones. Had to go to store for cleaning supplies. Air conditioning was not working in sitting area of room nor in hallways. Elevators need to be updated as well. Whole hotel needs to be Reno. Very upset that I was unable to relocate at such short notice.
