Laquinta stay

This hotel was very old and outdated. The furniture was very old and peeling. Toilet had a small stain inside. Bugs crawling on the ceiling. The pictures viewed online did not look it showed onsite

My room had to be change because my key card was not working. I was able to get my belong but forgot my bottles of water. The front desk was not able to get the door open so he replaced my water. The next room we were moved to had similar issues with the key card. We had a hard time getting the keycard to work in the new roo. We were afraid to leave the room not be able to get back to get our belongings. Not happy with this issue. I was not able to get back in the room after to get a blouse i forgot. I was so aggravated that ijust leftwd the blouse. Justine the front desk manager was excellent. The staff was great.

Should get a refund

The heat/air had to be manipulated to work. The thermostat was broken. The room was dirty and unkempt. The staff was good, but we had to figure out how to make the television work. Normally I would ask for a refund. I won’t stay there again. The drapes had crusty white stuff on it. Did not feel comfortable on mattress

Checked in late with my dog, my key card wasn't working, went down to the clerk three times, to advise, and I'm told their battery was dead to the key entry, so anytime I needed to leave (which is multiple with a pet) I had to have the clerk walked me to and from my room to open the door. Very inconvenient and was never offered another room.

Our stay was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The only thing I missed was having ice because the ice machine was broken.

Nice hotel tv didn’t work

I booked a room with a hot tub was charged for the amenity then was given a regular suite. The breakfast was awesome though and the staff was very pleasant. Rooms are huge and very clean. There was two tvs in the room and neither one worked

Super close to Fort Stewart and restaurants in the area. Otherwise, pick another hotel. Carpets are dirty and sticky. Ceiling tiles missing in breakfast sitting area with buckets underneath to catch falling water I guess. Food…Waffle House is better but the eggs were good and warm. Bathrooms are old, bathtub was tiny and your feet stuck to the bottom because of years of dirt. We had to wash our feet when we got out of the shower. Towels all smelled musty and dirty which may mean machines need cleaning. Bed sheets had stains everywhere and small holes in them. I got a new sheet from front desk but nobody cared or apologized. The door to the room got stuck! I could not open the door from inside or outside…my kids had to open it by oushing and pulling several times. It made a loud grinding noise each time which was horrible. When locked, the door moved over 2 inches in each direction so never really felt safe or locked in. There are several better options than this hotel in Hinesville.
