Our say was absolutely horrible. Upon check in they gave me a $50 hidden fee charge. Also did not have an elevator to take multiple bags up to the second floor. When we got in the room, the hardwood floors were so filthy we kept our shoes on the entire time. The bathroom mirror was dirty. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

When I got there I was helped by a very nice girl, Josolyn. Gave me my room and I went. Get in my room and a/c and telephone both don't work. I go to the front desk and tell Josolyn, so she comes down, fiddles with the controller and tells me it will come on in a minute. So I sat down to wait, did my Spanish homework. I walk up again, and she changed my room. This isn't by considering the last two places I stayed.

Photos are deceiving. Property smelled like mold. Red hair was stuck against the wash cloths. There are no elevators so it is not handicap accessible. Very outdated building. Ice machine did not work. You’re better off staying at a Motel 6.

Poorly managed hotel

The parking lot was full of trash and broken glass, beer bottles, fast food packages, etc. It was really disgusting! The room was large, reasonably clean with one exception. There were 2 nasty, filthy, wet wash clothes draped over the shower curtain. Aside from that, the desk clerk that checked me in seemed unenthusiastic and perhaps annoyed that she had to do her job. I'll never stay there again.

The hotel is outdated with mold and water damage in the room, flooring wholes and tape to patch wholes. The condition of the room was a 0 out of 5 stars. The service though was good, and the room and bathroom, damage apart, were clean, sheets were clean, bathtub and sink were clean, beds were comfortable, and there were no bugs.

1st impressions......

The grounds were unkept and dirty. The room was fine, leak in the ceiling in the bathroom from above to floor. Bed was very comfortable. Side security door was not functioning, neither was my deadbolt. Room was large and comfortable.
