Einfach mal nichts tun
Das Zusammensein mit Freunden war wieder wunderschön, das Objekt dafür eigentlich gut geeignet. Leider hatte das Haus verschiedene Mängel, das Hauptproblem waren die vorher ausgefallene Heizung und die demzufolge sehr niedrigen Temperaturen im ganzen Haus. Wir waren Ende März dort. Der Verwalter des Hauses war vor Ort und kümmerte sich wirklich sehr. Anders als der Hauseigentümer, der auf eine mail garnicht reagierte und uns jetzt auch no

Im Großen und Ganzen ist alles okay gewesen. Wir sind mit 4 Familien vor Ort gewesen und es gab genügend Platz für alle. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und weist kleinere Mängel auf, aber es ist ansonsten okay für Personen die kein 5 Sterne Ambiente erwarten. Auch die Lage ist ganz gut und schön ruhig und mit dem Auto kann man auch viel Unternehmen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir haben es uns schön gemacht
Dieses Objekt wäre ideal gewesen für unseren 4-Generationen Aufenthalt. Ausreichend Platz ist vorhanden. Greifswald, Stralsund, Usedom alles schnell erreichbar, aber … So wie jeder Vermieter erwarten kann, dass die Mieter sich ordentlich im Haus verhalten, so sollte es auch der Anspruch des Vermieters sein, das Objekt zu pflegen. Lockere Fliesen, abgerissene Tapeten, defekte (lockere) Steckdosen, die Einrichtung insgesamt abgewohnt, Kopfkissen waren eher Klumpen, fehlende Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse und der Grill (!?) - für so ein Haus mit vielen Personen… Unverschämtheit. Genauso wie der Strompreis 0,70€ pro kW/h Hier wir zusätzlich nochmal ordentlich Kasse gemacht. Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden, die 2 Geschirrspüler sehr hilfreich und das Wetter war schön.

Platz für viele Personen
Das Objekt ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bietet aber Platz für die viele Leute. Es sind viele Bäder vorhanden, was super ist mit so vielen Leuten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war gut und schnell. Greifswald ist schnell zu erreichen und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Der Pool war nicht nutzbar, wäre erst ab Mai möglich, die Temperaturen hätten es aber auch nicht zugelassen, draußen schwimmen zu gehen. Eine große Wiese mit kleinem klettergerüst bietet Platz für Kinder.

Schönes Haus mit minimalen Makeln
Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub mit dem Freundeskreis dort für 4 Tage. Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus in einer guten ruhigen Lage, wo uns direkt anfangs gesagt wurde, dass sich an etwas Feiern abends nicht gestört wird. Ist etwas abgelegen von Greifswald, daher wirklich eine angenehme Lage und trotzdem ist die Stadt schnell erreicht und auch an der See ist man recht schnell (Auto). Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat eine gute Ausstattung, es sind genug Zimmer vorhanden und der große Wohn- und Essbereich lädt für gesellige Abende auch zu vielen Personen ein. Allerdings merkt man, dass das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, hier und da mal eine lockere Fliese oder sich lösende Tapeten, schlecht verlegte Terassensteine und ein paar Schönheitsmakel, die sich theoretisch relativ leicht und kostengünstig beheben lassen, aber im Großen und Ganzen eine gute Adresse (besonders für eine größere Truppe junger Menschen). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können dieses Objekt für jeden empfehlen, der kein 5 Sterne Luxus Resort erwartet. Daher von uns volle 5 Sterne und bis zum nächsten Besuch!
