I recently stayed at holiday inn and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it to others!

We were downgraded to a pet friendly room which is totally fine, my dog was a last minute addition. I know they are usually a little smelly from all the animals coming through but this one was pretty bad. I also booked through Expedia, and was downgraded and still had to pay the higher original price for the (what I am assuming would have been a cleaner) room. I was fine with the smelly but it the no refund to cover the difference in price for the rooms that kinda upset us.
