Staff were not attentive, didn't clean room alleging we left do not disturb sign at 9am when we went for breakfast. We returned at 9.30 am took the sign down and left for the day. Upon return at 8.50pm nothing was cleaned. They never bothered to check the room again, we asked to fix leaky shower and lack of stopper in sink...nothing was done. At checkout we asked reception, they understood the room number wrong. Many years, many travels...worst hotel service ever!

In an effort to provide up to date amenities, Roku TV has been installed. I'm pretty good at technology, but could not access live TV. The man who came to help had difficulty, as well. He finally got live TV working, but when I shut it off in leaving the room, it was back to square one. All night alone without a TV is pretty boring.

Hotel is OK but location is too far from Jasper.

Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable but some furniture needs refurbishing… But the location is too far from Jasper, ie an hour’s drive each way.

Beds were too firm. Pool was nice but some mold on floor where it is always wet. Microwave and fridge in room. Air conditioner lacks an always on fan mode so it's cycling can wake you up. Breakfast was good but the waffle makers weren't working.
