Helpful and friendly staff, especially Rica and Tony. Excellent breakfast. Location, facilities, and room were very good. The aircon/heater was noisy, turning on and off, but you get used to it. Bathroom sink is functional but old with scatches. Toilet and shower tub were clean but shower faucet was leaky. All in all worth the visit and recommended.

Always a lovely stay. There were kids noisily playing hockey in the halls last night, but they listened when I complained to them directly. Hotel was so comfortable and put us next to an outside exit for ease with our dogs.
