A fairly nice, budget-friendly hotel in a great location—within walking distance of Hiroshima’s top sights. The rooms are compact but not overly tiny, offering a comfortable stay for the price. Decent breakfast spread, happy hour and nice staff.

This is a decent hotel, on a tram line, conveniently located to many of the sites of Hiroshima. Staff were friendly and helpful and will help with receiving your luggage if you decide to forward it to the hotel. Rooms are clean but very small, by far the smallest room we encountered in Japan. The beds were hard as rocks, very low to the ground, and the mattresses slid around on their bases. There is a step up into the unit bathroom that made going to the bathroom at night treacherous, and the slight step up to get out of the bathroom made getting out even more annoying. Breakfast is a decent mix of Japanese and Western options, and varies a bit from one day to the next.

Really great hotel. Location is superb for visiting sights. A few tram stops away from train station, clean, nice, with onsen. The mattress was rather hard, which I like. Cons: Breakfast was not worth it in my opinion, also the cooling system was quite loud in the room. Still definitely worth the price.

Staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located in close proximity to the memorial park, transportation and many restaurants. The only negative wasn’t had a dirty pillowcase that had a big red stain of make up or blood. I was disappointed because I used that pillow the first night. But they changed it right after I told them.

Clean, good location and staff was really nice

Very clean and everything is new. Good location. I spent almost one hour in the massage chair. A little complimentary drinks on the 1st floor was nice. Although I did not have a chance to use it, they have a service to keep the luggages for a while after checking out. Staff was very nice, communicative and helpful. If I will have another chance to come back to Hiroshima, I would like to stay in this hotel again.

Spotless and modern hotel. Extremely close to peace memorial park and the pier to get a ferry to Miyajima island. Lovely staff who are so helpful. Room is lovely and like all hotels/hostels in Japan amenities such as shampoo etc are provided. There is also a coin laundry which is handy if you are travelling between cities on your Japan trip. Would stay here again!

A great location situated very close to the Peace Park and a single tram line from Hiroshima station. A fantastic breakfast and comfortable beds, something not to be taken for granted in Japan!

I spent only two nights in Hiroshima and I wish I could stay longer, it’s a wonderful city and a real highlight of my tour across Japan. The hotel is located in the perfect spot to explore the city, take a boat to Miyajima, the castle and the peace memorial park and museum. The hotel was great, the room was bigger than most others I’ve staying in so far. The bed was a little too stiff, but that wasn’t a big problem. The only real complaint is that they have music playing in the hallway, and I’d rather they didn’t, as it starts very early in the morning and plays late into the night (it may be 24 hours, I dunno) and it made it a little hard to fall asleep. It’s not loud, but it’s loud enough to always hear a little.

Property was within walking distance of Peace Park. Had many other facilities around it. Happy Hour drink was a nice touch, although you had to take your drink back to your room. Would have been more sociable if guests could have mingled in the breakfast area.

Got the "King" bed room which is really two twins pushed together with another layer on top but didn't really matter to us. Clean, had the proper amenities. Only thing I didn't like was the bathroom had a huge step, almost a foot off the ground. Definitely could be dangerous in the middle of the night. Breakfast had a LOT of good options I couldn't even try everything. They even had unagi rice. Coffee machine was unfortunately broken but they fixed it by the time breakfast was finished. They also had free pour drinks during happy hour but you're limited to just one. Walking distance to the Hiroshima peace park and the bus/tram stations are also right outside. The staff were also kind enough to let us leave our bags there a few days ahead of check in while we did a separate leg of our trip which was really nice!
