Amazing staff in all areas looked after our needs and nothing was too hard for them to help with. From taxi to tours it was all easily taken care of. Door Staff even helped us translate and understand the cash in a taxi. Massage (only) was a daily for us as well and we were loving it. Great way to start or end the day. These aussies will be back for sure.

I found my own way here after discovering there are apparently 6 Aragon hotels in the street, so make sure you know the street number. It was easy to get to the street by bus from the airport by taking Route 109 from the exit of the airport, costing 20,000 dong or $1US. This first trip gave me an elevated view along the route. Print off a bus route map and the bus attendant will tell you when to alight. Just had a good breakfast in a very clean dining room with pleasant, attentive staff. My room is freshly painted, clean, and well appointed.

Initally booked for west side hotel which is not saigon but ? Central old part... so i got changed to room in the renovated saigon hotel. I had no window booking.. which i wouldnt do again. Pool area tired little maintenance old cushions. Fans did not work. Plastic pots/plants at side of pool tatty and got in way of views.pool clean. Otherwise most staff friendly. Buffett breakfast good. I would stay again location is great. 5 min ben than, 15min backpackers

Windowless room. Somewhere to stay if you get a cheap rate, touring all day and need a place to sleep/shower etc. Our room was dated - but ok for price. Bfast ok - not American, but egg station and lots Asian options, plus fresh fruit - gets busy but guys replenished quickly. Rooftop bar great to have a rest, but small and lots smokers. Central to war museum and markets.

Room doesn’t match marketing on website

Marketing for the room on the website doesn’t match the room provided. Window is very small with barely any light coming through as the next door building is immediately adjacent. Also generator noise is coming from the next door building. These items were brought to the attention of staff, however the hotel is was fully booked so there were no other rooms available. We booked the executive room, which was not of the quality that you would expect for a room of that title or cost. Most staff were extremely rude with the exception of one friendly manager (thank you). The website and room provided did not match expectations, and we were bitterly disappointed and unimpressed. Will be looking for other options for booking next time rather than through this website.
