Great location for exploring saigon, walking across the bridge to district 1 takes 15 min, taxi is 5 min and very affordable. Near the area is a great street food market which was amazing, and there's a convenience store and cafe right downstairs. The apartment is very clean and modern. The host is fantastic, she went above and beyond to help us with every aspect of our stay and I highly highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Saigon.

Chau Apartments is really close to many places, and the neighborhood is good for walking (Vinh Khanh Street is within walking distance.) Everything was clean and comfortable in the apartment and the pool was awesome after a hot afternoon! I’ve stay at many places in Saigon, and this was one of the best places to stay. The apartments were clean, the pool was nice, location is great and there’s a 7/11 downstairs that’s open 24/7 for anything you might need, and a pharmacy as well. Chau is an AMAZING host. I will be recommending this location to people I know. She is very sweet and responds quickly. 10/10 would recommend, I would vote more than 5 stars if possible!!
