1. Living room: sofa with 4 people, soft carpet, TV 43" cable, wifi, color lighting. Air condition available in living room, 2 bedrooms and kitchen.
2.Kitchen: have dishes, spoon, fork, chopstick, knives. Cook rice, sauce pots. Refrigerator.
3. Dining room: table for 4 people.
4. 2 Bedroom: with bed 1.8x2m, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, bookcase.
5. Balcony with color wood wall, washing machine.

Outside space:

Beside huge temple.Being the heart of district 2 with alot luxury villas& foreigner to catch bus, taxi, uber. Near restaurant, supermarket(Parkson),cinema(BHD) 5mins walk.Fresh air to get jogging.

Getting Around

1.Bus station in front of building. Metro line is about 5mins walk. Call uber car takes only 2mins and cost 6$ from here to airport. Taxi station 5 mins walk. Basement for parking full time.
2.To the center( Ben thanh market), go along Mai Chi Tho boulevard through Thu Thiem tunnel about 10mins with uber or taxi.
3.To Parkson supermaket (restaurant, cinema, shopping) just walk 5mins.
4.ATM nearby.
5.For vegeterian, have 1 vegeterian restaurant in huge temple next to building.

Other Things to Note

1. If hard to call taxi/uber up, let me help you.
2. You can get in touch with recieption via interal telephone (push guard button).
3. Do a favor to water some flowers in balcony. Some often flowers in morning.
4. Turn off aircondition or lighting when outside 'cause save enviroment.
