My flight was delay and canceled so I contact the hotel property and Expidia agent to help me to change the checked-in day because the travel issue. They agreed to change but I have to pay a penalty that is fine with me. However, the penalty is 100% of entire of my booking payment. What kind of penalty is this? This is a steal.
