My flight was delay and canceled so I contact the hotel property and Expidia agent to help me to change the checked-in day because the travel issue. They agreed to change but I have to pay a penalty that is fine with me. However, the penalty is 100% of entire of my booking payment. What kind of penalty is this? This is a steal.

It was a brief stay but room was comfortable and gym was well equipped. I wish it was open 24 hours and the lighting and signage was better to find it early in the morning.

The room was not very clean...that could of been better. The breakfast was just OK. The roof top bar service was terrible...had to go up to the bar to order...was being ignored...staff could be much more friendly
