I will stay again if it's available. I love the space, the high ceilings, the balcony, the kitchen and washer. I also came to love the building. But there's no elevator, so be prepared for that. Also, the entrance looks dodgy, and the building is post apocalyptic chic, but has cool coffee shops and a speakeasy inside. I loved it, but it won't be for everyone.

The unit was disappointing in terms of cleanliness. The air conditioning was dusty, which made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable. It’s clear that proper maintenance and cleaning were not prioritized. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.
