Horrible customer service & greedy hotel

Horrible customer service. I was not able to travel to Vietnam and had to cancel my reservation. The hotel refused to provide a refund and kept all the money that I pre-paid for 3 nights. Greedy hotel and management, stay away, they will rip you off too!

Terrible experience

Dirty bed, smelly room, cracking wall, water-leaking marks on the ceiling, the apartment offered is nothing similar with the pictures advertised. The accommodation provider is slow and eventually ignores communication, and declined refund when we checked out early. Considered the condition of the property is much over-priced. A good hotel is not more expensive and you will probably not have any of the above issues.

Disappointing Stay with False Advertising and Poor Quality As a Platinum Expedia member who has traveled to over 80 countries, this was my first time lodging a complaint about accommodations, and unfortunately, it was well-deserved. The property was severely misrepresented with misleading photos and multiple service and quality issues: No cleaning service was provided, despite repeated complaints. Staff arrived at an inconvenient time, and when asked to return later, they never came back. The room was unsanitary, with hair on the bed sheets and clogged drains in both the sink and shower. The furniture was of terrible quality, and the overall upkeep of the property was poor. Pricing was deceptive, boasting a $3,000 USD discount that clearly didn’t reflect the actual value of the property. This experience fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect from properties listed on Expedia. I’ve contacted Expedia for a full refund, and I trust they will resolve this promptly.

ITS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK

SCAM. Do not book this property. It’s AirBnB, but after 10 hours flight and one hour taxi ride from airport, we were not able to contact the owner to get the keys and gain access to the apartment. After 2 hours of many, many attempts, someone showed up and requested payment, but denied to show us the room first. ITS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM. My friend, who booked the same room and arrived few hours later than us managed to contact the owner, paid the money and was asked to follow The person to another building nearby. NOT LANDMARK 81. The room quality was not as shown on the picture. ITS A SCAM.

DO NOT BOOK - IT’S A SCAM This is advertised as luxury apartment in Landmark 81 building, but it is not. None of the pictures advertised matched the apartment we got, after none to challenging communication with the «hotel». This is probably AirBnb apartment/s which is advertised as a luxury apartment. I will take this complain to hotels.com. After speaking with someone who barely spoke any English we got a WhatsApp message with instructions. The apartment we got was in Landmark 1 (one of the surrounding apartment buildings). It did not have a sleeping couch like we ordered, only a double bed, and far away from any luxury, and was not cleaned properly. When we contacted the «hotel» they just said we ordered a one bedroom apartment. As we lacked 1 bed we ended up delivering back the keycard and booked a room in the hotel in Landmark 81 where we should have been initially.
