I had an amazing stay! This hotel is new, chic, and affordable. The view of the city from the room was fantastic. The staff speaks English, which made communication easy. Plus, it’s right in the heart of the city, close to shopping malls and great restaurants. I’ll be back for sure!

This listing is falsely advertised as a hotel, it is not a hotel. They say you have access to a pool which is not true. It is an apartment complex and they tell you to not talk to building staff. Avoid this listing!

It may not be as accessible as some places, but its in the middle of an busy street, yet not as noisy as it may sound like. Second time here, no regrets. Staffs were wonderful, especially with flight delayed. Fast and easy. English speaking? YES! Understandable? YES! For someone who’s not fussy to make of things in terms of stay, worth every single cents! Coming back again definitely!

Location is great. This is the residences side and the pictures online do not depict the actual unit we got. The unit we got was dirty, had mold and the AC didn’t work. We walked out because we cannot live in those conditions. Expedia did not get us a refund so we hope visa will help. Extremely disappointed. Book landmark 81 on the hotel side.

- Apartment is new and clean. Has everything you need incl. a washing machine. - Apartment is next to Landmark 81, one of the new highlight in Saigon. To district 1 you only need about 10 minutes (not regarding peak traffic time of course) - Host was very helpful with all special requests.
