Amazing place to stay. The host was helpful and helped me to find the clothes which I left after checking out. The location is peaceful and quiet. It is away from D1 but it < 10-15 minutes by bike so it was still very convenient. There is family mart downstairs. Gym, lobby and coworking space were good! The toilet smelled good. Dryer and washer were LG so the quality is good. Would definitely stay here again!

Das Zimmer ist schön. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants und das eigene Fitnessstudio ist wirklich großartig. Besonders positiv anzumerken ist, dass wir unsere zwei großen Reisetaschen ohne Probleme unterstellen können, während wir für drei Tage nach Con Dao fliegen. Der Service und die Kommunikation sind herausragend. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren zweiten Aufenthalt. Definitiv besonders zu empfehlen, wenn man in Flughafennähe wohnen möchte!

I had a great stay. I had my privacy, a separate bedroom and a room with connected open kitchen to work and cook during the day. the service was great, my apartment was cleaned during my stay, garbage emotied and my laundry done within a day. I would definitely come back another time .

The first apartment was infested with roaches and they swapped me to another one, which also has roaches. I think it is the whole building problem. The customer service was good and responsive at first, but then it got worse closer to the end of the stay. They didn’t send housekeepers every day. It was about 3 days before the end of my stay, and I asked for housekeeping service. They said they would have sent one the next day. They didn’t. I reminded them and they said they would have come the day after. The housekeeper never came, and the same response until check out. I had to use the same towel, which they only provide 2 per room, for almost a week. For the price and the service provided, I would rather stay at a hotel.
