Ok

Good location and good communication with the host. The property needs maintenance, and deep cleaning. The sofa and chairs were filthy. Also my sheets were stained. The shower drain was clogged. Also lots of ants in the kitchen area ( even if we only used the apartment to sleep and no cooking). There is a sign full of threats that I don't really appreciate, doesn't make you feel welcome. No cleaning services, towel replacement and toilet paper replanisment in all the 5 days I was there. The building has strictly prohibited the use of the apartments for temporary rentals, so you can't rely at all in the front desk staff because they shouldn't let you stay there in that property.
