Great place to stay! Matches the description and pictures. The flat is located in a great and dynamic area, there’s lot to do around and in the building itself. Having earplug is highly recommended especially since there was some construction work right next to the apartment. That set aside we had a lovely stay, thank you for having us!

Super clean and super lovely place. The building looks very old but we were pleasantly surprised by all the artistically decorated stores on each floor. Phuong was very proactive in helping us with the checkin/checkout process. Highly recommend if you look for a clean and safe place with lots of characters.

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is super nice and spacious. The interior design is beautiful and it looks exactly like on the pictures. The building has many coffees and bars and it’s very centrally located and makes exploring easy. We immediately felt home and had an amazing time. Phuong is super friendly and helpful and check in worked perfect. Would totally recommend.

Metropole Urban Apartment Thu Thiem is a very safe and quiet area within the bustling Binh Thanh district. The space itself has a great view. Easy to get packages delivered there if you are staying long term. Place had good amenities with free coffee and tea, and a good sound system for music. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Only downside is the slight moldy smell in the bathroom that would get pungent after showering. Other than that I would recommend this place!

Great apartment in a perfect position in Ho Chi Minh. The complex is lovely and was a real treat to have the pool and cafe to relax at when not seeing the city. The host was super responsive and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect place to stay! The location couldn’t be better. Everything you need is just within reach, from restaurants and cafes to shops and local attractions. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The highlight was definitely the beautiful view from the window. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for convenience and a calm, scenic stay!

Property is in a great location - near the Post Office, Opera House , Reunification Palace and War Remnants museum. The unit was clean and spacious - the mattress was a bit firmer than I like but I think that is the norm in Asia. An elevator has been added in the last year so you can get to the 5th floor and then go up a set of stairs to the 6th. The neighbors were friendly and there was a dog on the 6th floor who did not seemed concerned with us once he had a chance to sniff me. This property is a great value - I would stay here again.

The host is very kind and friendly, and he also introduced us to delicious dishes. The room is clean, tidy, and attractive. This is a high-end accommodation and definitely worth staying at.
