We had an interesting experience to start with and our booking was not found at reception until i showed the email confirmation. Once this was done, we went to our room and only to find out that there were 2 adults changing and were double booked. Once reception sorted this out we were given another room that was not the honeymoon suite and received the birthday room. The hotel manager came in our room and took back the champagne which i thought was unprofessional. Other then this, i must say that the rooms were very clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast had no fault.
