Lovely staff and an apartment my little family could happily live in. Very friendly and efficient on check in and that attitude has comtinued through our stay. Kids playroom, nice pool, spa and sauna, all really well set up.

The wonderful balcony, overlooking the city. The staff were so lovely, polite, and willing to help Great quality food at the restaurants, and breakfast included. I go to HCMC fairly frequently.This is the best hotel I have stayed in, there.

Just ok

Hotel is in a great location for sightseeing and soaking in Ho Chi Minh City. However it is a bit dated now and in need of an upgrade. The worst part about our stay was that the water in the shower kept changing from hot to cold without even touching the tap. Dangerous for kids.

Room and location great. Confusion on hotel name?

Pros: Apartment, cleanliness, staff, amenities and location all great
Cons: Just the confusion of names. Norfolk Apartment versus Norfolk Hotel.
Location: Location was close enough to be in it and far enough to be a bit more out of the action.
Really impressed with room size and Apartment staff. Only issue was with the Apartment name with the Norfolk Hotel; happening twice. I would recommend and return

Overall the appartment was clean, The cooking facilities in the kitchen was inadequate if we needed to not have any take away, and just wanted to have a simple meal and chill out for a night or two. Basic kitchen equipment like a dish dryer rack wasn't even there, not even a tiny bit of dish washing liquid. The cleaning staff doesn't do the dishes so if they provide us the gear we can do it our selves. Kids loved the pool, brekky was good and the pork rolls were tasty. We might stay again maybe we'll see. Staff was good, gym was good.
