We stayed with 2 kids and 2 adults. The room design/size was perfect. central location to walk around town and explore HCM. I loved the greenery. Breakfast buffet was also good for kids and the pool (while small) was well maintained and safe on the 12th floor.

Hotel is good staff are very friendly and helpful but wotif website is not as good as expected, no breakfast included with my booking very disappointed.

Great hotel & facilities

Pros: Friendly staff, facilities, location & roof pool.
Cons: Elevator music - 3 rotating songs, including Deck the Halls!
Location: An easy walk to the centre.
Hotel was in a good location, friendly and helpful staff, great pool on the roof, small but big enough to enjoy & has a fantastic outlook of the City skyline and vertical garden & palm trees add to it. Stayed in a family suite on the 11th floor - a good space, everything worked well, including air con, and daily room service was fantastic. There is a large construction site over the road with noise but didn't affect sleep for my family of 5. Breakfast is really good, a large variety including scrambled eggs, bacon, etc, pancakes, traditional Vietnamese, fruits, and plenty more. There is also a tour desk in reception that I used twice (tunnels & boat tour), very good & rates comparable to others I looked at online. Gym is small but also good and I had sole use each time I visited.
