The staff was wonderful, easy check in, requested a late check out and was able to check out st 1pm. The breakfast buffet and buffet on weekends on 3rd floor was very good. The room was clean. It is my 2nd time staying here I highly recommended staying here. Great location in district 1.

Staff were extremely cunning, they withhold my checkout long enough and made me pay for late checkout. Until I negotiated, they dropped the late checkout fee by half (they claim they do not charge by hourly rate, but they eventually gave me the rate for 3pm checkout). I also receive unpleasant stares from other staffs looking at me when I’m clarifying and negotiating about the rates for late checkout.
