Booked a King Corner room. It was spaciuos, the bed was comfortable, good view (16th floor), shower & separate bath. Bath has a funny wall screen coming down from the ceiling to about a metre from the floor. Guess so you can see the view from the bath but offer some screening. Felt it was unnescessary and when going from the bed to the bath room was a bit annoying. Whole room is showing its age, could do with a refresh of carpets and fresh paint. Close to the Famous walking street which is the nightime party area, bit far from the centre of town but still walkable for those that like to stroll. Good views from the roof top bar. Booked last minute and would try somewhere else next time if we go back to Saigon. Overall reasonable for the price.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff are friendly and accomodating. The facilities are beginning to show its age but always kept clean at all times. Whilst the Buffett breakfast was good with a lot of options, it will be good to have the menu change at least twice a week as my whole 5 days stay was all the same which means the food on days 4 and 5 aren’t as interesting as the first 2 nights because it’s the same menu

Excellent services. Great food at the Madcow which was unexpected. Had braised pork belly. The meet was tender & the vegetables tastes great. Staff are all very helpful & professional.

Nice hotel well located but didn't like the unenclosed bathroom and toilet, bizarre. I didn't want to look at my friend bathing or smell him after taking a dump. Will be staying elsewhere in future.

Very good , drink prices are a little expensive compared to elsewhere and the music in the roof top bar is way out of character with the setting and clientele

Fantastic Hotel in a great location

Pros: The Rooms and the View, The Food and Coffee was good too.
Cons: Nothing
Location: walk to the Markets and shopping, close to good bars and restaurants.
Excellent Hotel, Amazing Staff and beautiful Rooms at a very reasonable price.

Overall Excellent except...

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. The breakfasts were overrated, just standard as you would expect from a four-five star hotels. Minor complaint: The pastries were not good, tasted quite soft and lack crispiness. Major conplaint: The manager of the Spa centre (tall western lady) was snobbish and arrogant even though we spent more than 4.000.000 vnđ for the two of us. The spa girls provided excellent service. Overall rating excellent.
