Staff were extremely cunning, they withhold my checkout long enough and made me pay for late checkout. Until I negotiated, they dropped the late checkout fee by half (they claim they do not charge by hourly rate, but they eventually gave me the rate for 3pm checkout). I also receive unpleasant stares from other staffs looking at me when I’m clarifying and negotiating about the rates for late checkout.
