We'd initially thought that this place sounded too good to be true, but it really was everything we could've asked for. We felt very safe, and the owners were so friendly and helpful with directions and reccomending local points of interest.

The host gave super clear info, so it was really easy to find the place and check in on our own. The room was so pretty, had everything we needed, and it was super quiet! There were a few mosquitoes that bothered us a little during the night, but everything else was just perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer!

A lovely place owned by a lovely person. I had a wonderful stay at Phuong's place. The house is beautiful and cozy, the room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is very convenient—away from all the noise, yet within walking distance of all the attractions. Communication with the host was smooth, with clear and helpful instructions.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place was spotless. Has all the amenities you need, washing machine, kitchenware, spare towels, strong A/C, etc. I also visited the pool and the gym which were really nice. Short grab ride to place so very convenient. phuong was also very friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely stay again!

Phuong’s place was great, he even stayed up late to make sure I could check in when my flight got delayed. They helped me set-up tours and gave me tips on restaurants as well. I would strongly recommend Hoa’s to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.

I happened to find a super satisfactory home in just a few rushed days of looking for a place to stay. The host is friendly, responds to messages quickly, and gives clear and thorough guidance. Lovely and cosy apartment - it was a nice place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and wind down after a long day. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and it was very convenient that there was a washing machine.
