Nice apartment hotel, Host was very accommodating brought us water, changed us rooms to a bigger studio. Pool area needs more chairs and pool towels. Good walking area close to district one. VIP was offered but we did not get the change to use. Overall a good stay, loved HMC

When arrived we thought we got scammed because there was no such thing as a front desk or check in. We were so confused and spent 15 mins trying to figure out what to do because there was barely any instruction on what to do when arrived. The cleaning lady did a poor job and we had ants crawling around everywhere. If you want to use the gym or pool you would have to contact someone to walk you there themselves ( super inconvenient) . Our A/C was broken and we couldn’t figure out how to use/fix it so we barely got good sleep. The team was responsive whenever we msg them however it doesn’t make up for the overall experience. Definitely would not recommend or book here again.

Great hotel in District 4.

Stay in District 4 was great. A small confusion at first with checking in as there is no reception - have to call someone to let you in - Security guard outside was a great help. Accommodation is modern, though can be noisy (traffic) even though we were located on the 18th floor. Having to message before using the gym or pool was a small inconvenience. Having a washing machine was useful.

The apartment was good. Our host was not very helpful and efficient in communication. We had to ask hin for our benefits that we got through Expedia and by the time we got the coupon, we had already eaten. There was no tissue box or laundry detergent or bin bag and despite asking for it, we did get it and ended up buying a big bag. I guess it was more of a bad experience then a bad property. The apartment was fine.
