Our stay was excellent—great service, comfortable rooms, and fantastic amenities. However, our experience at checkout left us disappointed. We were unexpectedly charged for breakfast, which we never ate. Despite explaining this several times, it was an inconvenience we didn’t expect. Aside from this issue, everything else about the hotel was wonderful. We hope management addresses this to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

Gracious service, good location, relatively pricey

Great location literally right next to BT Market plus gracious service. The decor is quirky and the room smaller than it looked in pictures. Hallways were not air conditioned. Gym hard to find. A bit overpriced compared to some of the competition in the area. But overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel was lovely, uniquely designed. Staff were very helpful. We received beautifully presented welcome drinks and snacks. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean. We were hoping for a room upgrade with our VIP status but the hotel was full when we arrived. We ended up choosing to stay in our room. Hotel offered complimentary afternoon tea and live music on the 12th floor. Pool was nice, on the small side. Hotel was in perfect location… walkable to many sights and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms are beautiful & have a wonderful rustic yet vibrant feel in the suite we stayed in. The staff were beautiful helping with some unusual requests. The pool area is small but nice & the roof top restaurant is a beautiful space

Don't be fooled by "free minibar" which is an expedia feature of this hotel. All this means is free water and soda which by definition is not what a minibar is (alcoholic beverages). One of the main reasons we booked here was because of the free minibar feature of this resort. Staff said they would look into this but never got back to us. On top of that, we found the service on the rooftop bar to be extremely slow and overpriced (more than triple the price for a regular beer in the city). Room was nice but not very well soundproof.

Perfect hotel for stay in Ho Chi Minh. Everything about the hotel was great. Excellent customers service, all staff were extremely friendly professional and helpful with special thanks to Nancy and Ashley as well as the rest of the staff. The room was clean, comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea was delicious and the location of the hotel ideal as it is a short walk from the main attractions or taxis are a very cheap alternative, I used the grab app which worked well. Overall I would highly recommended this hotel and would like to thank the staff of the hotel for making it extra special for my honeymoon. All the best.

Nice hotel in a central location. We could walk to all the things we wanted to see. Our room was high up so we weren’t affected by the noisy crazy chaos outside. We were upgraded which was good as the first room they showed us was too small. There were a few things we pointed out as unsatisfactory, but the staff were very helpful and put things right immediately. The food was good. Excellent breakfast choices.

お部屋は広くて綺麗です。バスタブがジェットバスだったので、歩き回った疲れた足を休めるのに最高でした！トイレもウォシュレット付きで良かったです。 ルーフトップからの景色も最高！ 帰りのフライトが夜中でしたが、チェックアウト後もアフタヌーンティーの利用もできました。空港向かう前にシャワーも浴びることができて、1日の汗を流して着替えもできたのは、本当によかったです！ スタッフのみなさんも皆親切で、心地良い滞在でした。 また利用したいです！
