The hotel was small, as expected of boutique hotels in the area. However, room was clean albeit small, necessary amenities available. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Staff were friendly as well. As my flight was late in the evening, the hotel offered me a shower room to freshen up even though it was past my check out period. Really appreciated the kind gesture! Location was conveniently, located just next to Japantown with lots of eateries. It is also just a stone throw away from the nearest shopping mall and nearby attractions. Overall had a good experience here, and definitrly value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel in the heart of District 1. The location is unbeatable – right in the center of everything, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just steps away, making it super convenient for dining out. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Expensive for Vietnam. However the rooms are very nicely designed, staff are considerate. The area is great, a short little walk from a plethora of drinking and eating areas. The only lacking thing was the breakfast - very limited options, tables close to others and cold food that should be hot. It was disgusting frankly. I will stay here again but not opt for the breakfast.

My only possible complaint is that the room was a bit small - but in a city like HCMC who needs to stay in their room for anything but a nights rest?

Good - exceptional service from the front desk staff and bellhop team; very convenient location to the major sites in D1 and nearby Japantown; and room was spacious with nice aesthetics. Bad - terrible breakfast (limited food selection and poor quality) and this service team seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else but there (they were caught watching videos on their phones rather than helping guests multiple times); serious lack of amenities (no onsite pool, no lounge, workout room is like a tiny closet); despite the nice styling of the room, cheap materials used and definitely not soundproof as advertised (heard every noise from the hallway, surrounding units, and street noise). The very definition of "style over substance".
