We stayed 9 days at T-Ritz Saigon. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff were friendly, courtesy, and very helpful. The hotel location is 15 minutes to 20 minutes walking distance to Nguyen Hue, Notre Dame Cathedral, Independence Palace, and museum.

What a wonderful hotel. In a great part of HCMC. Walkable area. This hotel was great. Came with free lunch too, which was incredible. Free breakfast & free lunch in a super clean, super comfortable, excellent staffed hotel. We loved this hotel. Absolutely loved it. Going to HCMC then stay at this hotel. It’s wonderful.

The suites are very clean and they are well stocked. The staff are very professional. Highly recommend the hotel...just keep in mind it is located in the middle a city and so the city noise and events can be heard until about 11pm/12am.

The room was modern and clean and had a full kitchen. AC was quiet and the bathrooms were amazing. The staff took care of every request. The hotel is in a quiet location. Lots of food options nearby. The breakfast was amazing and they rotated options so there was lots of choice. Everything in the tourist zone is a short $2-3 Grab ride so don’t get upset that you are not in District 1. If you want to sleep in a clean, quiet, and modern hotel then please book this accommodation.

My husband and I spent 10 days at the property. We were very happy with the location, amenities, the kindness and friendliness of all the staff. We liked it so much that we are coming back to the same property for a couple of days in a couple of months. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the T-Ritz less than a week before and had an amazing experience as per our previous review, so as we had to return to HCMC we booked what we thought was the same room or atleast the same style of room. When we checked in this time the counter staff advised us that they had given us and upgrade, we thought our luck had fallen upon us. Excitedly we opened the door and what a let down, if anything this was a 100% downgrade, the room was much smaller in all aspects and had a bath that we had to climb in to shower. Unhappy we went down to the reception and told them that I would find it difficult to use the bath/shower combo and they changed us to another room with a walk in shower, but still much smaller than the original room. My suggestion to them is that if the rooms are not the same don’t advertise them under the same category, because the second room we booked was listed under the same category as the first but in reality they were miles different in many ways.

Great hotel. Only complaint would be that the shower wasn’t very standard. Besides that, it’s a very clean, very accommodating hotel. Definitely worth staying if you want to be close to everything.
