Lousy coffee service and don’t trick us

Everything is well and smooth. However I don’t understand is why hot coffee can make as drip coffee( while cold cannot.. isn’t just add ice after that ? When I ask to change , then try to trick as use any coffee in kitchen and put the drip coffee with little power to show us it’s a drip coffee?

This hotel had lots of young local travelers. I was very happy with my stay. Nice area and I did not expect a 5-star hotel. They have unlimited drinks and free laundry that made my stay convenient.

Loved the hotel, the decor of the room, and the free drinks and snacks. We did suffer with really loud noise from the road on both nights of our trip (loud all hours of the night) and cold showers on one morning. Staff were lovely and we were able to leave our luggage in a secure room after checkout.

This was a great hotel which is centrally located in Ho Chi Minh City. The room was clean and specious and the staff were extremely helpful (i had an issue with my tourist sim card). We were travelling with a 3 year old and 5 month old and the staff were great when interacting with the kids. The only down side was that they did not have a cot for our 5 month old (not the end of the world). Overall a great hotel with the added bonus of unlimited drinks (including beer) / snacks 24/7.

Great hotel, well located and confortable.

Hotel location was very good, a short walk to the nice walking streets in Ho Chi Minh. Service was excellent. The breakfast was decent. The rooftop was really nice. The rooms were nice and spacious. Overall pretty good experience.
