Not available host - we never got in

The owner didn’t reply on messages or phone calls. Not on the day or arrival or the next day. There was no open reception as decribed. We never got to stay there, and unfortunately had to find another place to stay on arrival and then another place for the rest of our stay the second day. Very stressful and disappointing, when travelling with children. When asking for a refund, the host was not helpful or understanding. Avoid this place.
